My business regret signing up for…
My business regret signing up for Slice. 1.) managing your items is so weird within their system. They trap you into a long term contract and you cannot use their equipment anywhere else after it’s even paid off. We have been with them for 2yrs. When we tried laying off the equipment they said it will cost over $3000. The whole system in general doesn’t cost that much. Do not sign with them.

Happy I made the switch to Slice
Michelle and everyone at Slice was super helpful and communicated very well. I was a bit hesitant too switch over but happy I did. They sent out a team to help me through setting up and using the new machine. Any small business should consider Slice.

System is too complicated
System is too complicated. I have other POS IN the past and they weren’t have as difficult as this one . Very frustrating and disappointed in the product.
