I've used this companie's service in 2020 and had an issue with my website's backend feature. Contacted them today and they helped me with my issue 3 years later without hesitation. Aside from the quality work they provided me in the past, to still help me out years later says a lot!

We worked with Startup Slang to get a better handle on Shopify app and NFTs, and how to bring it all to market.

Damiano's insight into these cutting edge technologies and his ability to "put himself in our shoes" and see things from our point of vue made thigs quite clearer for us.

The consultation call I had with Damiano was life changing. I would say it was the best conversation I had with anyone this year. He broke my own agency down and navigated through the various assets my agency owns and provided a detailed explanation of what I need to focus on and let go of. I had an overall great experience- the whole team was quick to respond to my queries and was accommodating to my needs and goals. I made it clear in our first meeting that my budget was limited, and they respected that the whole way through.

Pretty horrific experience. Project started on July 1. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to complete. Project finished in November. I provided all requested info within 24 hours of request (usually within 2 hours). Ended up doing some of the development myself. Went through 5 different project managers until they finally assigned a developer to get the project done. Tried to push me into a maintenance contract to complete work when basic parts of the project that had been outlined as base functionality wasn't complete, saying that they have exhausted their hours for the project and anything further would require the purchase of maintenance hours. Once the project was finally considered done, I asked how to change the email address on the account and remove the Startup Slang as a collaborator so that they would no longer have access to my site, and I was told they had exhausted their hours on the project and couldn't even do that. Stay far away unless you are glutton for punishment. Horribly run company that can't deliver what it promises in a timely manner.

The folks at Startup Slang delivered the highest standard of customer service I've ever experienced. They are incredibly kind, accommodating, professional, easy to work with, always available to chat and answer questions, and always on the ball! Their pricing is fair, their account management is very involved and they are very customer-focused. They use an app called Basecamp that made communication with their team incredibly easy to use and kept us in touch all the time.

Mid-way into the project, we had more capacity to internalize some tasks we originally hired them for, and despite having an agreement in place they kindly accommodated the change in the scope of work and refunded us for the unused consulting time immediately. This level of integrity and customer service is what compelled us to write this review, as they showed true professionalism and accommodation for our little start-up.

It was a pleasure meeting (virtually) every staff member we encountered.

Damiano and his team, were extremely helpful with setting up my website. Damiano, is very understanding about working with your budget, and goals. Communication with the Dev team, was good, the team seemed to be very proficient with customizing and integrating with shopify, for my needs. I will be continuing to use the team when needed.
