Mi experiencia personal con ellos es la siguiente: llevo más de 4 años comprándoles y habré comprado unas 6 figuras , pues solamente en 1 tuve problemas por el envío xq se me fastidió las figura,me puse en contacto con ellos y me lo solucionaron,enviando otro repuesto sin ningún tipo de problema,por supuesto que voy a seguir comprando y ya tengo otra reservada del mismo estudio ,lo recomiendo al 100%

Takes ages for delivery at least it's free, dpd tracking number item not received, it's on a boat from China, id rather pay for air freight takes about 10 days

I bought a statue and it took some months to arrive (it wasn’t a preorder but bought from warehouse). The statue arrived but broken. The seller agreed to refund after returning the statue, but the statue arrived a couple months ago.
Since then, I have received no refund (over 700€), despite multiple follow-ups.
Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend.

The shipping takes its time, for me, about 50 days, but it was shipped during christmas and new year, so it was most likely the worst time of the year in regards of shipping time
