I did a lot of research on tools that could help us grow beyond just relying on Airbnb and Vrbo, and StayFi has been one of the best additions to our tech stack.

What makes it so powerful is how simple the concept is—every guest needs WiFi—but StayFi turns that into a real opportunity to build a relationship with your guests. The connection process is smooth, professional, and doesn’t take away from the guest experience at all.

At the same time, we’re now able to capture permission-based guest data that we would normally never have access to through OTA bookings. That’s been a game-changer for us. We’re starting to think more in terms of long-term guest value, repeat stays, and direct bookings instead of just one-off reservations.

Setup was easy, everything works as expected, and it’s one of those tools that quietly adds a lot of value in the background.

If you’re serious about building a brand in the short-term rental space and not just listing properties, StayFi is absolutely worth it.

StayFi allows Hosts and many more people easily collect any user's email and/or phone number through a beautiful captive portal page. This company is helping me build a customer list for the Tesla-themed rental, EV130.com. So far, we’ve been impressed with the guest data we’ve been able to access. We plan to use this data to reach out to good guests for possible repeat business. I do feel like more support is needed for the marketing features of StayFi.

Great tool for any size property/property manager. Upfront costs are a bit steep, but worth it in the long run by capturing short term guest information that you wouldn't get otherwise. Platform is simple and easy to use.
