Leo is the bar men i have ever expierienced. He is very nice social and talketive. You come here with your friends but spend more time chatting with him because he is so intresting

Selvom der er mange dårlige anmeldelser af hotellet er det ikke noget som jeg kan genkende.
Jeg boede med min klasse på hotellet ifm. studietur. Værelserne var fine, morgenmaden var udmærket og fejlede ikke noget, og der var en hyggelig stemning i baren om aftenen.
Morgenmaden var ikke noget særligt, men der var noget brød med pålæg, og youghurt m. Toppings.
Derudover var der både varme drikke og juice.
Hotellet ligger MEGET centralt i KBH og har en god placering tæt på Kongens Nytorv, cafeer og spisesteder, samt en metrostation.

Dette var uden tvivl den værste oplevelse, vi nogensinde har haft på en skoletur. Hostellet lever slet ikke op til basale standarder – hverken når det gælder service eller tryghed.
Natvagten var direkte uhøflig, arrogant og til tider aggressiv. Det var umuligt at kommunikere ordentligt, da han hverken talte forståeligt engelsk eller korrekt tysk, og samtidig havde en nedladende og ubehagelig attitude. Det skabte en meget utryg situation for en gruppe unge mennesker, som burde kunne føle sig sikre.
Området omkring hostellet virkede desuden utrygt og direkte ubehageligt, især for unge. Det er bestemt ikke et sted, man har lyst til at sende sit barn hen på skoletur.
Alt i alt en meget skuffende og uacceptabel oplevelse. Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale dette sted til andre – slet ikke til skolegrupper.

Dårlig manager, dårlig mad og klamme værelser. Generelt bare en ekstremt dårlig oplevelse!

I stayed at Generator Dublin and this was the most disturbing experience I have had in over 40 countries.

After accidentally oversleeping, I asked to extend my stay. I was told I had to pay €70 or I would be removed immediately. Later I saw the same room listed on Airbnb for €44.50. Shortly after, two men came to my room and told me I had to leave at once.

While packing my belongings and taking a quick shower, my backpack disappeared from inside the property.

Inside were:

My passport

Multiple laptops (including two worth €2,500 each)

A backup phone

Valuable personal belongings

The total loss is approximately €3,500+.

When I reported this, I was told it was “not their responsibility.” No serious effort was made to investigate the situation in front of me. I was not shown any attempt to review CCTV. Instead, I was required to leave the premises immediately.

Losing your passport and essential work equipment in a foreign country is extremely serious. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of support, urgency, or visible concern.

I cannot make accusations. I can only describe what happened: my belongings disappeared inside the property, and I left without answers.

A police report has been filed.

I strongly advise future guests to consider the level of security and response they expect when staying here. In my case, I felt unsupported, unprotected, and dismissed during a very serious situation.

Gave me wrong room and laughed when I said i wanted change. I Dont know how That overweight woman got that job. Illegal activities. Card didnt work 5 times too. Pub closed. Gaming room broken. Only good was the buffet but even there they were too strict with time. Nobody finish breakfast at 10 30

Terrible experience with dishonest staff. Misleading information from the start. Not pet-friendly at all—pets are banned from all common areas, which is absurd. On top of that, no refund is provided. Avoid.

Kändes lite som att vi på ett tåg eller båt med lite sämre standard. Rummet var väldigt dåligt städat, Smutsiga gardiner, hår på sängkläderna, lister som saknades längs med golvet. Inte avtorkat på spegel eller tvättställ. Duschen var gul och vattnet ran knappt ned. Sängen 140x180 väldigt kort och liten för två personer. Ingen AC. Inget andra besök.

We got scammed for a concert where they advertised the real Kidd but the fake Kidd came.

They didn’t refund the tickets or gave us anything.

Stay away from this place at all cost.

I don't really understand why so many 1 stat review...I do travel a lot and I can say this is a 5 star hostel.
Beautiful building in one of the top area with an amazing Staff always happy and ready to help like Milena a very lovely girl super smart and quick as I had a couples of issue and she fixed in no time...always with a full smile on her face.
This kind of people make it a 5 Star place!!!

So noisy! Young people/children running in hallways at night, banging on doors. And the hotel does nothing. You wont get any sleep here!

Da vi kommer ind på værelset er der en klump med 6 brugte snus poser med blod på i sengene, brugt tygge gummi og rødt indtørret pletter på væggene i køjesengene som ligner blod. Udover det bor vi på 6 værelse men har alligevel det mindste værelse ud af alle de andre 100 elever.

The staff is a group of intonoperhendable idiots. My class needed to set our baggage in the hostel before going home, and they couldn’t find a place for over an hour, since it was full booked. The rooms was the most horrible thing I have ever seen in my hole life. They were too hot, and didn’t have a bathroom. You needed to go to the public bathrooms which was soo bad, because there was poop everywhere, and feminine hygiene products overflowing the bathroom stalls. The showers was also very nasty, so nasty that I began to cry while taking a shower. The only nice thing about the hostel was the lobby, but the breakfast was so horrible, disgusting, unacceptable and traumatising because they found mold on the bread. Therefore I would not recommend the hostel for other schools, classes or people in general. Not even my worst enemy.

jeg kom ind på mit værelse også gik jeg på toilet også lå der en kæmpe mot og der var gule plætter i min seng og der var nogen dumme tysker der larmet og kastet vand ud af vinduet, og da jeg spurte dem om de vil stoppe så begynde de og skide ud over det hele og sige skibidi mest mærkelige oplevelse i mit liv værste hostel kan ikke anbefales

Teacher here, using hostels for most trips with students. This is simply not good enough. Pros: Great shared spaces. That really is all.
Cons: Wifi is VERY slow to the point where it is unusable for anything but text. No way to get a coffee after 10pm (No machine, only sold in bar, which closes at that time). Very small rooms with six three-story bunkbeds (Glad I am the teacher and have my own room), no windows that can be opened, and not enough ventilation to make it breathable. Only one shower and toilet for 6 people?!?? (Make some shared shower areas, if that is the room sizes you are going for) Breakfast is the most sad experience I have EVER encountered in a hostel with that service provided. Showers can just about deliver (Three showers now, none very warm). Mattresses are coated with rubber so as to make sleeping rather sweaty. But yeah, easy to clean for the staff! There is such a thing as too effective...
I know I am not at a hotel. But this is just below standard for normal hostels. Even a cool brand and logo can't save that. Do better. ESPECIALLY with the coffee, that is just a low blow, when working late. I mean, never seen a hostel without a damn machine for that service. And in many you can make it yourself in the room with a kettle. The reason for two stars and not one is the shared space, which are fine.

Vi var på skoletur og det første vi får at vide vi var rigtig tæt på at blive smidt ud af hotellet fordi vi havde åbnet et vinduet vores wc stoppede af ingen ting morgen maden var virkelig dårlig og mega dårlig service
