CRO - stay in London apartment for 4 south Kensington near Gloucester Road
Very bad trip -> La chambre est sale et manque d’aération. Plein de poussières sur les fausses fleurs, du riz sur la paillasse, la table à manger était toute collante, les mugs pleins de théine, les tapis remplis de mimis et tachés. nous avons du passer l’aspirateur alors qu’ils facturent 60£ le ménage, et ils n’ont pas voulu nous rembourser les frais. Des moisissures sur les fenêtres en aluminium, attention au bruit de la rue qui monte et les radiateurs qui glougloutent la nuit. A éviter absolument !

Stayed at a flat in Kensington, it's a very nice one bedroom flat. Has a small but stocked kitchen. Everything was tidy and clean when we arrived. Key pickup was at a local shop nearby which was pretty convenient, and it was possible to have an earlier check-in for a small additional fee. The place is about 5 minute walk from a tube station and a couple of supermarkets.

Communication with the owners could be a little better, there were 2 contact phone numbers, but one didn't answer and the other belongs to a person no longer working with company.

Really cozy and comfortable apartment with a romantic terrace on a park. very quite zone in the middle of Notting Hill. Very clean, warm and with a perfect service. I warmly reccommend

Great apartment with convenient location.
This was one of the few apartments that we found that has a lift. It is really needed since we have a lot of luggage.
The apartment is spacious and has a complete kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. My only suggestion would be to add more utensils for cooking (different types of spatula/ladle).
We especially love the terrace right off the main bedroom.
Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this apartment.
