ATTENTION ARNAQUE
Nous sommes tombé dedans, 199euros pour s'inscrire avec la garantie de 5 à 7 semaines de réservation par an, rien de tous ça en 3 ans et surtout pas d'argent remboursé. Fuyez tant qu'il en est encore possible pour vous!

A certain person contacted me at the beginning of this year offering me the possibility of advertising one of my properties on the website of Staysolution. At the time he appeared to be genuine and the price and the conditions seemed interesting.
Needless to say that during the past season 2023 I did not receive one booking through the website of Staysolution whilst, on the other hand, I was receiving bookings through other websites. He also guaranteed me five bookings during my yearly subscription. When I contacted him and conveyed my disappointment re the non-success of my advertisement with Staysolution he used to come up with whatever excuse until eventually, when I suppose he was tired of giving excuses, there was no way of contacting him.

It's a great trick to take money from you.
I've been conned.
Initially they are all very kind and very helpful. I paid 1 year of "subscription" to be on their site (which exists to make you believe it's all true). They guarantee a minimum of bookings that never arrived.
From the moment you realize something's wrong, no one answers. No more.
DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! Save your money!

Scammers!! Their reviews are fake and they are 100% just trying to steal your money. Beware!

Very well organized. Traveling to six countries in a limited time and seeing beautiful tourist spots is truly memorable. Although some things could have been better, like the location of the hotel in Rome, the Alpha-Pendular train instead of Intercidades from Lisbon to Porto (I can understand that their tickets get booked so quickly), wine tasting in Bordeaux, etc. Overall it was amazing.

The apartment we booked for 4 nights looked beautiful and clean on the website, but the reality was different from what we expected. Imagine our surprise when we check-in and they give us a completely different apartment, nothing like the photos and not even the furniture.
The reservation was non refundable so I spoke to the property owner and after a long discussion he agreed to return the deposit and told me that I would get a full refund in two days and luckily Stay Solution arranged another nearby apartment for us with a private pool but by then all the excitement of our trip was gone.

Just came back from Italy. It was a memorable experience, they planned our vacation very well according to our requirement.

Just stay away. They take your money and nothing happen.
Website looks trustful. But apparently they are close to bankrupcy. My properties was never posted on the website despite 2 years payment.

D’abord vous recevez un mail en anglais avec une proposition de « collaboration » avec eux, évidemment comme cette proposition est envoyé juste avant la saison, il est difficile d’y répondre en instantané tout comme de pouvoir l’étudier, l’interlocutrice vous indique qu’elle a tenté de vous joindre au préalable et sans succès, alors qu’en vérifiant vos appels vous ne voyez rien apparaître… par correction vous décidez de lui écrire pour vous excuser de ce manque de réactivité… de là, la personne vous renvoie un mail justifiant que c’est sûrement dû à un problème de réseau car elle est située au Danemark… dans un troisième temps elle vous appelle sans que vous vous y attendiez et vous parlant uniquement en anglais pour prendre la température sur votre activité et surtout en « arguant » qu’elle vous propose des solutions pour l’automne, l’hiver car vous avez sûrement moins de clients et que sa clientèle cible est en Grande Bretagne et dans les pays scandinaves et que ceux-ci cherchent des destinations plus confortables d’un point de vue climatique… et que les clients viendront minimum 7 jours… peut-être que comme moi, vous n’aurez pas (par chance lu tout son mail) de là sa demande devient plus pressante et souhaite que vous lisiez le mail et veut une réponse rapide et veut fixer un second échange… mes suspicions ont commencés à ce moment car les arnaques dans le tourisme sévissent depuis quelques mois… donc je relis le mail, me rends compte que mon interlocutrice est située au Danemark que les paiements pour les abonnements sont payables en cartes bancaires uniquement en livre sterling… ça commence à devenir étrange, que leur site propose dans ma métropole qu’une pauvre photo d’une chambre avec un lit en gros plan, mal fait… je découvre un premier avis sur votre site Trustpilot, merci à son auteur, puis vérifie d’autres sites internationaux qui disent que le site est vieux et peu fréquenté, que l’entreprise est situé soit en Inde ou aux USA et que l’hébergeur du site est probablement en Chine… là ça devient tordu on voyage juste en se renseignant sur eux …! Puis à nouveau je tombe sur des avis provenant de d’autres pays d’Europe disant que c’est de l’arnaque les gens ont payés pour avoir zéro service… aujourd’hui la personne m’a rappelé alors que j’avais bloqué son numéro, elle a tenté avec un second numéro que j’ai également bloqué … que dire … fuyez et préférez des sites plus conventionnels, nous sommes dans le plaisir de recevoir et certainement pas de se faire arnaquer par ce type de personnage mal intentionné…

Pas très clair. Bon contact (en anglais, appel du Danemark), pas de pression commerciale. De vrais échanges tél et mail. Mais un gros doute au moment de payer par CB (là, un peu de pression au bout du fil). J'ai demandé à faire un virement. Boîte à Londres et compte en Espagne : j'ai alors cherché sur Internet. J'ai vu "SCAM", alors je leur ai écrit en envoyant les infos. Depuis, pas de nouvelles. Je ne donnerai pas suite, je n'ai plus confiance.

I love Staysolution. Our properties have been with Staysolution since 2022. Although I have been in the market for almost 7 years. In all those years dealing with new guests and their likes and dislikes, dealing with out of country customer service and trying to understand them, dealing with the constant change of their fee structures, I still love them. I can honestly say that in all this time, my husband and I have never had one problem with Staysolution. Well one teeny problem but it was sudden or uncertain...One of the guests named Thomas had wanted to cancel the reservation due to some emergency there,We were worried about that,But as we had a direct contact with Mr. Thomas,so we had contacted him via email and came to a conclusion to fix another date for holidays.
Hopefully we got the chance to greet Mr. Thomas and his family,It was a lovely experience and at the same time,he became our repeated traveler,who comes oftenly.
I would like to say thanks to all the team to Stay Solution and Keep it up.
