২ দিনের ডেলিভারি ৫ দিন লাগে, একদম ফালতু কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস প্রভাইডার। ডেলিভারি বয়গুলাও এরকম ফালতু। হাবে এসেও পণ্য ২ দিন আটকে থাকে।
This joins the ranks of the worst delivery services or delivery management services of all time. Now among those used by Amazon. Bitter disappointment, completely unreliable, shockingly bad customer service! Avoid if at all possible. Steadfast is anything but reliable!

I would not even give them one star! They are unreliable and untruthful. They quit answering your emails or your instant messages. Nor reliable and very bad service and even worse customer service. Law enforcement needs to investigate them.

Stay away from this rinky dink company. I thought Nomad was bad, but these people are the most backward, and I mean backward incompetent arrogant individuals I have ever seen in the business world. It took over a week to get their modem only to never work. The modem arrived with bad packaging and used, and the dumb chatter said it worked fine with the other two subscribers. Daaaaaaa! They had not one mention of how to hook it up or how to contact them for instructions. Just a beat up modem. In a bad box. Thats it. They had no solution via chat how to make this junk work. I was making comparisons with direct competition that I was going to replace with Steadfast because they stressed Veteran support. Im a proud veteran. SHAME! I know this inseego business and Steadfast is the absolute worse. Yes my review is harsh but fact. DUMMIES! Unbelievable what they are doing. To much negativity to list. I called their phone number 5 days in a row with no answer and it stated their box was full. My bad, big red flag. Stupidity on my part but no where near their stupidity. Oh Yea...I do not like Nomad, but they are saintly and appear brilliant next to Steadfast. In basic terms...Steadfast and their staff are a bunch of individuals that are low in knowledge. Their chat is indescribable, and there only method for communication. They never returned one e-mail. Go figure. Going to have to contact my credit card company because my refund of payment in advance is in jeoprody. If you are looking for a mess please give these yo-yo's a try.

At first excellent customer service, then after return period has ended, I've been waiting over a month for their IT guy to do what he said he would 15 times always an excuse day after day I'm paying 120 a month extra for absolutely nothing, today I've reach my BS limit starting a charge back.
খুব জঘন্য একটা কুরিয়ার কোম্পানী । এই কোম্পানী এর মাধ্যমে আমার একটা পার্সেল আসছিলো, ডেলিভারী ব্যক্তি পার্সেল ২ দিন রেখে হারাই ফেলছে কিন্তু আমাকে জানানোর দরকার মনে করে নাই. ব্রাঞ্চ ম্যানেজার নাজমুল হলো আরোও বড় বাটপাড়। আর তাদের হেল্পলাইন তো মনে হলো VIP ব্যক্তি সবাই, হেল্প তো পাবেন না শুধু শুধু আপনার মোবাইল এর কিছু টাকা নষ্ট হবে , কিন্তূ তারা খুব ভালো করে অন্যের সাথে বাটপার এর মতো কথা বলে কল কেটে দিবে।
সবার কাছে request, আপনারা এই কুরিয়ার কোম্পানী মাধ্যমে কোনো মালামাল , পেপারস বা কোনো গুরুত্বপুন্ন কিছু আনবেন না, শুধু শুধু নিজের বিপদ টেনে আনবেন না.

Submitted more than 40 support tickets for this abuse as they promise to "take all abuse reports very seriously" and that they are "only closed when we feel the issue is adequately handled directly by our own staff" though every single one has been closed down incomplete and unassigned.
Huge GDPR breach, zero effort to stop fraudsters, scammers and spammers even after a call to their customer service department to actually look into why this is ongoing.
