I switched insurance companies less than 2 months into paying for several annual policies with another company. Steadily is everything they were not. Timely, precise, helpful, information is readily accessible, and Im paying 37% less for better coverage. I couldn't be more pleased if I tried! My order for Easter gifts was placed in late February. It's now past Easter and I never received them. I plan on posting to all my social media to inform others not to plan on ever receiving their orders

1. My rentals are occupied and I’m getting objections from the tenants. Seems they feel there privacy is being violated.
2. I need more time to complete the task.
3. Program freezes up waisting time.

Jordan the representative was very professional and knowledgable. He was patient with all of my questions and very informative about my options and any potential concerns that may arise.

The representative was very helpful in answering some specific questions I had about my policy. He spoke in plain English so I felt confident I understood. Sometimes you can tell that someone wants you to win, and that’s how my conversation felt. I’m a happy customer of 3 years and counting!

You guys are not for landlords. I went ahead and paid a year and let other coverage lapse and you guys decide not to cover certain things when the houses are absolutely fine. Also, no help given. I will recommend to other landlords not to use.
