Super service from very first enquiry- through our many many questions (as first time sauna owners comparing multiple suppliers)- right through to installation. The sauna is fantastic and a wonderful addition to our garden. The team that come to assemble it were super efficient and a pleasure work with. They didn’t ask for any payment till the sauna was delivered and assembled. We can highly recommends. A*

Afgelopen weekend hebben ze mijn sauna achterin de tuin geplaatst. De mannen werken aan 1 stuk door en ze zijn zeer aardig en attent! De sauna kwam eerder dan verwacht, daar was ik erg blij mee! Afgelopen vrijdag alles voorbereid, 2 uur aan met de deur open en daarna er heerlijk in gegaan. Wat was het fantastisch, zo fijn. Twee rondjes gedaan met 2 maal een heerlijke koude douche. De communicatie gaat erg vlot en net. Overal kreeg ik antwoord op . Ik ben meer dan tevreden!!!!

Had my 2m Barrel Sauna wood burner assembled last week, extremely happy with the product and the service. Great communication through out, with a very professional assembly team that left the place spotless. Took me a few goes to understand the right technique and amount of wood I needed to get it to the heat to the level we like. But working great now.

I have got two saunas from Steam and Dream for business use. They delivered early so I could hit my opening dates. They installed really quickly. They addressed any niggles immediately. And my customers are loving them!

Fantastic service! Good materials and very customer-friendly. I was very skeptical at first, but I'm glad I did it. Definitely recommended if you want a good quality sauna or hot tub at a good price. Fast delivery too.

Sauna is van goede en mooie kwalitiet en de installatie is met zorg en vaardigheid opgebouwd. Het is echt een mooie sauna om te zien en wij maken er dagelijks met ontzettend veel plezier gebruik van!

we bought a fantastic barrel sauna through them which we use at least 3 times a week. I have to admit being a bit nervous going over Facebook and communicating over Whatsapp but the company is definitely legit, no worries ! smooth communications to get our sauna tailored comletely to our desires, no ask has been too much and they always updated the offer accordingly (+ and -). one day installation itself went very smooth with 2 hardworking and friendly guys. few follow-up conversations afterwards so no hit and run approach. could not be happier with my investment !
