The customer service? Phenomenal.
This man didn’t just help me—he guided me, like some wise vape wizard who has seen countless coils and clouds in his lifetime. He explained flavors with the passion of a poet, answered my questions with the precision of a surgeon, and smiled with the gentle warmth of someone who has never known stress a day in his life.

But then—oh, brace yourself—
I looked up and saw them.

The lovely locks.

These weren’t just locks. These were Locks™.
Locks so amazing they deserved their own Yelp page, calendar, merch line, and possibly a small dedicated cult.

His hair didn’t just “flow”—it glided, like it was riding a personal breeze that followed him everywhere purely out of respect. A breeze that probably applied for the job.

When he moved, the locks moved too, with the confidence of someone who knows they are the main character. When he turned his head, they swished dramatically—as if each strand had rehearsed its choreography beforehand. The hair practically winked at me.

At one point I swear it sparkled. SPARKLED.
I blinked twice just to ensure I hadn’t entered a shampoo commercial by mistake.

Meanwhile, he continued giving flawless customer service as though he didn’t have a mythical mane stealing the show. I was trying to focus on the vape juice description, but his hair had already taken me on a spiritual journey I was not emotionally prepared for.

I asked about a flavor.
He answered kindly.

Honestly, the service alone deserves five stars, but the hair?

I've been using Steam Vape in Uttoxeter for the past 3 years, and have always found the staff polite and helpful. For the past 12 months or so, I have used their online and delivery service, and only visiting the shop to choose a replacement mod. I would not hesitate to recommend.
