Really unhappy with what I received and even more unhappy with the customer support. I ordered a dress but what I received looked nothing like the picture. It also had tears in the fabric. I contacted the customer support service requesting to return the product and receive a total refund. I provided pictures as evidence .They apologised and suggested that I took the faulty dress to a taylor and offered a 7 dollar refund (when the dress cost was over 40) or a voucher to purchase something else from their website. I responded that I was not happy with either option and they just, never got back to me. The person from the customer support was called Wendy Lau, if that helps.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! Product does not fit, installation video is incorrect, they tell you the "fine print" that any custom product is not returnable. Turns out every product is custom and they refuse to issue refunds only offering 10-15% discounts on new mats. Impossible to reach anyone.

Uf I could give zero stars I would. This company is supposed to be located in the UK & the cargo liner I ordered was supposed to be 'custom made' for my car. I gave them all of the make/model info, then they asked me to also send pictures, which I did. It took 8wks to get the liner which was made & shipped from China. The mats didn't fit at all, & they were terrible quality. I contacted the company the day that I received them to demand a return & refund. It is now 2 months later & they've offered me a 20% refund. This company is a COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Wenn man allerdings Kontakt mit dem Kunden Support aufnimmt, endet man in einem ewigen E-Mail hin und her, bei dem einem lächerliche sechs Dollar Preisnachlass angeboten werden, wenn man das Kleidungsstück doch behält. (Kosten 40 Dollar). Der Overall, den ich bestellt habe, Entspricht in keinster Weise dem auf der Abbildung und die Qualität ist unterirdisch. Ich befinde mich nun in einer Endlosschleife mit dem Kunden Support und hoffe, dass ich irgendwann eine Adresse mitgeteilt bekomme und meine Rückgabe akzeptiert wird. Ich werde dort jedenfalls nie wieder etwas bestellen und kann auch jedem nur davon abraten.

To my relief, I found out Stablela offered 14 days full refund should I not be happy with my purchase, or so I thought. In the end they offered to refund me 30 % and I get to keep those pieces of Garbage. This company Stablela is very bad for customer service, and once you paid them, you'd be at their mercy to do you that big favor and give you any refund. You'll be lucky!!

Worst experience. Shipping time was longer than expected, tried reaching out with absolutely no reply. Seat covers were the wrong item ordered. Customer service tried offering a discount even though I showed them I received the wrong product. No phone number to call all contact through email. I highly recommend do not use this company.

Stablela is a SCAM I received seat covers for my Jaguar F Type they asked for manufacturer model year everything in fetal then send you a generic covers that don’t fit anything like your model no customer service will answer e mails no phone service they sent me a return label I shipped everything back then nothing can’t get any contact of Stablela nothing disgusting company 0 out of 10 rip everyone off I will make sure I post this on every review site I can fined

This is a fake website that creates fake tracking numbers. DO NOT BUY! I purchased my items in December (to Cali) and never received even though their website said delivered to Chicago. However, when I looked up the tracking number they gave me for USPS IT NEVER EXISTED!! They refused to give me a refund and kept saying it was delivered EVEN THOUGH THEY COULD NOT PROVE OR CONFIRM DELIVERY ADDRESS. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Do not order from here. The customer service is not good. I ordered a dress in December. They gave me the wrong tracking number that belongs to someone else. They didn’t try to help solve my problem. Just kept telling me my dress was delivered to the post office. First of all why did my dress got sent to the post office instead of my house? The post office said to me that the tracking number was not mind. The post office verified the name on the package which was not mine. They are a scam.

I have e- mailed this company 4/5 times asking for a refund. I ordered a car mat for new car which I get on 1st March .
They took my order and money. They then e mailed me a day later asking for boot measurements ?? I had presumed that they already had mat in stock but obviously I was wrong . I then explained I needed a refund to obtain another mat elsewhere one which was actually in stock?
Their reply was someone will be in touch between 1-3 working days . That was Sunday16th Feb. No answer from them after I have been repeatedly asking for refund of over £122 !
Today 20th I get same e mail someone will get back to you in 1-3 working days. It’s obviously just a reply they send to everyone. Be warned if you need a refund !

my wife ordered a front seat covers from stableta ,chose the correct vehicle 2024 Toyota Tacoma and placed order no problem, so she thought. covers arrived on Dec.11 these were a Christmas gift for me so tried to put seat covers on a few days after the 25th and could clearly see these were the not correct style of seat covers for this truck, color was right but not the custom covers that they were suppose to be, so contacted customer service and a few days later was contacted back and was told they were going to look into it, qe told them that we weren't asking for refund but to get the correct covers since they shipped they wrong ones . couple days again and they responded with we have a very strict 14 day return policy and there is nothing they can do, and after they admitted by email that they don't actually make seat covers for a 2024 Tacoma , they should have not excepted payment for something they admitted to not making but the advertise they do!! however they did offer us a $100 off a future purchase, how nice. very very poor business they wont respond back to us now because we wanted to find out what these seat covers actually fit. FRICK IN SCAMMERS

I ordered seat covers as a Christmas gift for my husband for a 2024 Toyota Tacoma because the 14 day return policy was up by the time we tried to put them on we are stuck with very poorly fitting seat covers for $200 . The only thing this company offered was a discount for my next purchase what a joke.

Over priced rubbish ,most of it comes from AliExpress which if you direct is far cheaper.Definitely avoid . Had to give 1 star as no zero star choice.

This company’s business practices are the worse they purposely sell you non compatible merchandise. After giving false promises about their products they truly should not be allowed to sell anything. The company is totally untrustworthy

If I could give Steblla no stars I would! They advertise free shipping and returns but this is far from true. After recieving the worst clothing I have ever seen (poorly made, ugly, cheap) I tried to initiate a return which they proposed giving me a $7 coupon. It's so insulting. I will never shop there again. I have reported them to PayPal.

I bought “premium” custom made front and rear seat covers for my 2024 Jaguar F Pace and I could’ve done better at walmart or amazon. The reviews on their website they have are most likely fake. I wasted $250 on items that were terrible fit and quality. It was everything but custom.

Ordered what I thought was Old Navy, but it was this scam company. Nothing arrived. They told me 'please wait just a few more days' but nothing ever came. When I asked for a refund I got no response.

ordered a "custom fit cargo liner" that was to short and to narrow. The side panels don't align with the interior features. wrote to advise upon receipt without response and have written no less than 15 times. Once I disputed charges with my credit card all I got was more of the same delay tactics. Stablela is a horrible store to purchase anything from with a poorly honored return policy and customer service that is a joke. I would give a negative star if one was available. Hopefully those that read this will stay far away from Stablela and save yourself much frustration and grief
