We hope all is well. We have not processed your order since we have not received your card or an instruction that you would like to complete the transplant process yourself at home. We've sent you multiple emails and messages on Instagram informing you that we have not received a card from you yet however we have not received a single response.
Please confirm with the team that you will be shipping your card or would prefer doing the transplant process yourself at home so we could dispatch your order.
