Couldn’t do enough to help me

Had a question around part fitment for a Volkswagen caddy and raised the question over WhatsApp to the team.

They got back to me straight away and we ran through what parts may be able to fit as the part I needed wasn’t one they stocked as standard.

Came away confident that what I ended up ordering would be a fit for my car and really happy with the level of service from them. Part also came really quickly once ordered and packaged well and part was great quality.

Needed 2 front knuckles for a customers…

Needed 2 front knuckles for a customers car. Emailed and confirms the correct ball joint measurements which was extremely handy as I was measuring the wrong ball joints so without their assistance I would’ve ordered the wrong one’s. Great customer service and assistance and the parts turned up 2 days later, even battery that they are quality parts for a good price. Will use for all VAG knuckles now.
