Five star customer service from Alice and received the hearing aids in good time. Unfortunately they caused feedback but Alice organised replacements swiftly. Alice was brilliant and should get a reward for her customer service.

My order arrived as scheduled but sadly I had to return them. My experience with Steezia is nothing but praise and Sofia who dealt with my account did so promptly and in a friendly and professional manner.

I ordered a set of hearing aids from Steezia and they arrived a week or so later, as advised. Sadly one aid didn't work. I emailed Sofia who, no messing, ordered a new set immediately. They arrived on time and worked perfectly. Thanks Sofia. Your speedy resolution was much appreciated.

I bought hearing aids from Steezia but when they arrived they were not suitable. I returned them as advised and received a refund after nearly three weeks. Despite disappointment the customer service was excellent and I would recommend Steezia if you are happy to wait for delivery from China. They were extremely helpful at every stage of the transaction.
