Wow! I have been looking forward to the day I would buy myself a luxury watch for a long time! I am very happy with my decision to choose Stein Diamonds as my retailer. There is a sale and I was able to buy a pr-owned Calatrava watch for five grand less than the original price. This watch doesn't have a single indication of a previous owner, and I got it for 2/3 cost. Stain Diamonds shipped the product out earlier than expected, and I received it with very professional papers and packaging. Thank you and I will be back!

Excellent customer service. They helped me find the perfect diamond for the engagement I purchased and they held it for me until I could get my financing in order. Ring was shipped quicker than I expected and arrived looking fantastic.

I had been searching for a pre-owned two tone Rolex Submariner with a blue insert and silver Serti dial for months. Finally, I came across the exact watch that was within my budget at Stein Diamonds. I immediately contacted joseph Halpert at Stein's via email to inquire as to its availability. Joseph promptly responded affirming availability. Over the next several days Joseph was very generous with his time and was extremely patient answering my questions. I purchased the watch on a Friday via wire transfer.which was seamless. Joseph had the watch fully serviced and I received it the following Wednesday via Fed Ex overnight. As soon as i opened the box that contained the watch, I was overwhelmed with its beauty. I have purchased five Rolexes over the years and this one is head and shoulders above all of them. If you want value for your money, an honest transaction, transparency and professional treatment, you must make your purchase from Stein Diamonds. You will not regret your decision.

The Stein team is a professional group who knows their business. I wanted a specific model Rolex which was found quickly at a great price. they even upgraded shipping for me free of charge. They are the FOUR SEASONS of jewelers!

So Joseph was awesome. I'm a hyper-aggressive price shopper and they have the best prices for new & used Rolex watches. I plan on making Stein Diamonds my first stop for new or used high end watches.

I found a Rolex on their website at a great price. I do not live anywhere near LA (I am in the midwest) so I did a considerable amount of research before contacting them. After reading many reviews, etc., I decided to order the watch. When I received the watch, I examined every bit of it. It was exactly as promised. I still have not found a better price for the same watch and it is in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend them.

Service was outstanding, order was ready for delivery in 2 days. Was out of town on business and asked for it to be delivered the next Friday and it was. I will definitely order from them again next year when our youngest graduates from university.

I ordered the Rolex Ladies watch for my daughter, and although the watch arrived a little late by FedEx, the quality and service was as promised. Mr. Kia the owner was very much knowledgeable and provided an appraisal certificate and 5 year warranty on Rolex. My daughter is going GA GA!

Actually Chelsea Lage- but I call her handler because she handles all my watch requirements with professionalism and grace at once. I purchased 2 Rolex watches on a limited budget. And she chose exactly what I wanted! And when I'm down she hears it in my voice and cheers me up. If I choose other items she will say"I know your taste, I don't think you will like that- let me find something I know you will like" . And in a few days she indeed finds just what I knew I wanted. I've even sent my other watches, from Cartier to Hublot to be maintained to last a lifetime. She is a gem! All at stein must applaud her! She's that special.
