Dear Stacy! Thank you for your feedback. We understand you're unhappy with the ring's color, but as we explained, color variations due to lighting and photography are normal and not a quality defect.

We offered a return with a 30% handling fee as per our policy. You refused and instead posted emotional comments on social media while demanding a free return. Since this is not a quality issue, we cannot meet your request.

We will continue to improve and provide better products and services for our customers.

Quality and craftsmanship are at the core of our work, and we provide a one-year warranty on all pieces. While a small number of manufacturing issues can arise, we take every case seriously, carefully review all feedback, and aim to resolve matters fairly and with sincerity.

In this case, after being informed of the issue with the replacement ring, we offered the original purchaser a full refund and confirmed no return was required. The resolution provided was a 100% refund, not 50%.
