After reading the reviews I was a bit worried about actually getting this order. I placed and received my order within 8 days and was helped along the way by Andrew, as I had ordered one of my kits in the wrong size by accident and he amended everything for me. So I wouldn't be put off by all the negative reviews. The kits were perfectly fine, and I finally have my bruised banana kit ☺️

Ordered 2 jerseys in April. Only 1 arrived, in June. They emailed promising to send the other one out and also a refund. Now they are ignoring emails. Customer service is the worst I've experienced. Quality of the jersey is good but will not be ordering from this company again,a shambles.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered 2 Man United retro shirts.
They turned up in around a month and were of very good quality .
Before I ordered I emailed to ask of sizes. Straight away Andrew replied to order your normal size.
Shirts were too tight. I’ve offered to pay postage both ways to exchange for next size up.
Company give you 30 days to return items.
But they refuse to give you a return address and return any emails.
20 + emails later and no reply back.
Sent off a complaint to trading standards this evening.
I’m prepared to go all the way to the small claims to prevent another customer wasting their money .
They reply to get an order , take your money and then bury their hands in the sand with any issues .

Having read the reviews on here after I'd ordered my Manchester United 90-92 retro away shirt, I thought I'd been scammed. Despite not receiving any email confirmation at first, I quickly got a response from Andrew who then sent me my confirmation and tracking number. I purchased the item on the 2nd, and it's just arrived. I couldn't be more happy with it!

Was quite sceptical when I bought my Arsenal bruised banana shirt after looking at the reviews, seemed hit or miss. The person (Andrew) who responded to my questions very quickly on my email and was very helpful regarding shipping of my shirt. The shirt arrived within 2 weeks which is amazing considering shipping is free. When it arrived I was really impressed with it, the quality of the shirts are amazing. Would recommend for die hard fans and Ultras alike🙌🏼👍🏼

I have bought 3 Man Utd shirts from these guys and have all been first class. All received within 2 weeks of ordering. Keep up the good work gents

Great quality products at very reasonable prices. I know a few people say they have had problems but, have I have only experienced positivity. I even had to ask for a replacement kit as i ordered a wrong size and they sent out a new kit ASAP.

Like others had seen some bad reviews on here, but decided to take the risk.

Shirt is a decent replica, and came as described. Patches and name/number matches what was on the listing. Overall pretty good for the price.

Delivery came within 2 weeks which was the expected delivery time on the website. It took a while for the delivery tracking to work (I guess they hadn't dispatched it yet), but once it did I got regular updates.

Can understand the hesitation but have already ordered another shirt.

I brought the 92 green and yellow Man U shirt arrived in 8 days, when I first ordered my shirt I was a bit concerned as their are a lot of negatives reviews but I can not myself be negative about them whatsoever, delivered in a reasonable time, tracking worked without issue and had a reply every time I emailed, so fear not when ordering!

Jersey is perfect. Communication with the shop was very good answered any question i had and provided tracking number when i asked for it.

Got my shirt today and it was perfect. They even changed the name and number on request.

Just received my Man Utd shirt today. Great quality, no issues whatsoever.

Very happy with this company. Read some dodgy reviews and I have received a brilliant man u shirt in less than a week.

One star isn't even good enough for these cowboys...avoid at all costs!!! They haven't delivered and haven't answered my emails,,,after initially telling me my shirt was lost in customs.

Now they don't even reply and have taken my money, I started tracking my e-mails to understand if they were just ignoring people and they (the e-mails) are being read and ignored...shut these cowboys down,,,they are so spineless they do not reply!

Don't not use this company, I ordered 1 kit but they charged me for 2 and now will not reply at all, please avoid at all costs, I have now lost 35 pounds which may well be called theft, please do not use this company

I purchased the shirt before looking at the reviews and was so worried I’d been scammed. I received my email confirmation straight away and received my shirt very quickly. The shirt is fantastic quality, I’m made up with it. Really don’t understand all the negative reviews and have already purchased another shirt today (hopefully I don’t have any trouble with this one either) thank you!

Again like a few of the other comments, some of the other reviews kind of put me off ordering but I did anyway and I have to say the service was fantastic and reliable. I was kept up to date via tracking and my top arrived within 12 days. The quality of the shirt is perfect also, I would definitely recommend Stellar Kits to anyone.

Despite awful trust pilot reviews I bought a shirt from Stellar Kits from an advert I saw on facebook.

The shirt arrived within 12 days or so and is in mint condition, couldn’t be happier.
