I had Amos as my tutor and I would like to say he has taught me about Customer Service & Personal Social Development and what is to be expected and making sure we had set our goals on what we needed to achieve.

Amos, our tutor has made our learning experience very enjoyable and engaging. We completed two units, Customer Service and Personal and Social Development. The course was explained in detail and this course has improved my knowledge and communication skills. It was interactive and group projects has enhanced my ability to communicate with others.

Mr Amos Fanim was very efficient and helpful when teaching us our courses. I completed the Customer Service and Personal and Social Development courses, and Amos was very understanding and patient through it all. He gave us the right information and answered all our questions when we had any. He was very understanding during technical difficulties and times when I couldn't attend courses, and helped me complete the missed sessions to the best of my ability. The courses themselves helped me improve my confidence in the Customer Service industry, and also helped me improve my personal and social development skills. Overall, this course was just the motivation I needed to improve myself and continue reaching for the best possible opportunities.

Tutor Emily would adapt her way of teaching to help individuals to understand tasks. She’s very supportive, knowledgeable and had interesting stories to support learning. Her patient and support helped me to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Excellence in Customer Service for Hospitality and NCFE Level 1 Certificate in Personal and Social Development course.

Emily is really helpful and patient. She answered all the questions and shared her story. The teaching materials were also useful in deepening my understanding of customer service. After completing the course, I will obtain an NCFE Level 1 Certificate in Personal and Social Development and a Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Excellence in Customer Service for Hospitality.
