I was joining the training course 3 . The Step Ahead team is very responsive and promptly reply with my inquiry. Andrew is my course' tutor and he is patient and provided a lot of help regarding of the course, either with the job's application. I also forwarded this course to my friend and highly recommend for the people who want to improve the CV writing and interview skills.

Having just employed a Receptionist for our vacant position - I can say that working with Rebecca, was very easy and straight forward.

Really enjoyed the course, My tutor was John Whitehouse and he was very helpful answering all our questions no matter how many times it was asked.

I did 2 courses, level 2
Customer Service and level 1 Employability with Step Ahead. I had a great experience throughout these courses. I learned a lot more about customer service performance, how to write a cover letter and a CV. The tutor Mr. Amos was clear and used good examples which helped us alot throughout the course. It benefited me a lot. Mr. Amos was very professional and I highly recommend training with him.

Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Excellence in Customer Service for Hospitality. A nice concise course well taught, lots of material used to help understand content. Amos Fanimo, a brilliant, intelligent teacher, very understanding, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this course.
