This personalized program is so amazing. Other programs I have done are cookie cutter where everyone is treated the same regardless of of your DOC, voluntarily request for help and cutting off your personal support system. Step Free is so different! I did this at home with the support of my family. I didn't suffer through my detox and I was in contact with my counselor. I will recommend Step Free to everyone.!

I've been working with this company and couldnt imagine working wih anybody else. I was in a dark place at the time I found this place, and had been in that dark place for about 10 years, and tried to get out through multiple other agencies and companies but could never stick to it. However, Step free recovery made it easy for me to get my life saving medication and treatment so I could live a normal life, and once i got my footing everything in my life started to become normal again, something I dreamt of in the past became a reality. To this day I couldnt imagine working with anybody else, and am some grateful they're here for me on my side. Shout out to Vincent, Kevin, and of course Val, a team of people to me who are more like friends and leaders.

Very good program it has helped me do a complete 360. Everything is good when it comes to helping you. A safe place. No judgement. I'm glad I found this program.

Step free recovery helped me in the most crucial of moments when I was in a bad place in a bad situation. Life places obstacles in front of us to be able to help us identify who is with us or who may be against us. A few years ago I was at rock bottom and the only thing keeping me from ending my struggle with addiction and severe anxiety by considering taking my own life was my family. I had been on the medications I am now however my prescriber at the time didn’t actually care if I stayed sober to get my life back but just to make money. As I sat by a pond with my fishing pole in hand contemplating what was next I had a panic attack which drove me to seek help one more time and through an angel I found on the internet I was given the contact info to another life saving angel named Val or Doc Val as I have her saved in my phone. I didn’t have any money as you can imagine so this was a Hail Mary attempt. I spoke to Val and she actually listened and understood as well as took the time to keep me held accountable one week at a time to start. In addition to that she also allowed me to pay for services a little at a time so I could get back on my feet, find employment and become the daddy/ husband I knew I could be. Step free recovery gave me a second chance at life and encouraged me to call at anytime if I was struggling which was unheard of at other clinics. Val and husband as well as her team fought for my sobriety and because of that there aren’t enough words to explain my life today and how far I’ve come from that day sitting by the pond. There are so many details of positivity that came from Step Free Recovery I couldn’t possibly type in this box but would rather share verbally to everyone looking for a new life anytime any day because I was given the care I needed from them at anytime any day and for that I’ll truly be indebted for for the rest of my life. I’m pretty sure I was a bit of a severe case and the attention I received was required at the time but I can reassure anyone looking for real recovery will find it through this program due to the pin point assessment of each individual that picks up that heavy phone by Step Free Recovery’s staff. I was referred to this clinic and I’m so glad I was not only did they help me within a few hours my new doctor Valeria Gessner is amazing I was scared and she put me at ease she treated me as a person not as a number or just another addict, she made me feel at ease from the start and constantly reassured me I’m not alone,I’m happy I made the switch to her!

The after hours option with telemedicine is a godsend.
Some of the most intelligent people seem to work in this field.
They understand how kicking a dying dog while it’s down creates a dangerous world.
They help people by being different from everyone who’s helped me stay on the ground when I can’t get up alone.

Unlike other MATT clinics, place really cares about you. Val & Kevin specifically, have gone through countless times when I was worried about being sick while juggling life; and Step free Recovery helped me stay clean and sober, even on a Saturday evening when most places wouldn’t even be open. So thankful and will tell anybody struggling with addiction, if they’re ready to get their life back, go thru step free recovery. I don’t know where I’d be if it wasn’t for Step Free Recovery fighting on my side.

Step Free Recovery with Val,Kevin and Vincent are the real deal. No B. S. Not even once. I’ve been with them a year now and they have gone out of there way to answer any questions I have. The problem usually arises at the Pharmacy because they think they are the shit. I’ve had them on pick up day say oh your doctor canceled it or it was never called in. Anyone can make a mistake or two or several but it has never been the fault of the team at Step Free Recovery. I’ve never had a doctor like Val before because she has been there and done that. She will get it taken care of and she don’t waste time about it. If you’re in doubt please check this place out. I did and I’m in a better place for it. I never thought a team like this existed anymore. Especially after the runarounds I’ve had just trying to get off of pills prescribed by a doctor from a back injury years in the making. Let me start by giving the BIGGEST THANK YOU to the team at step free! VINCENT, VALERY and KEVIN ! Y'all have been a true blessing to 2 individuals who use to struggle to get to doctor appointments! From catching the bus to walking/ running or even paying random people to get a ride simply to see our sub doctor. my husband and I use to have to start making phone calls to every pharmacy in town one to two days before our appointment just to make sure the pharmacy was going to have them and 90% of the time they didn't and so we would sometimes go through withdrawals before finally getting them filled. From stereotypes from the pharmacist to being unwilling to keep them stocked for repeat patients we went through it ALL!! Then we moved out of state to Texas and we were even more worried but I luckily got online and Google local sub doctors and step free popped up! As a person who doesn't use social media or anything like that I'm lucky to get Google to work lol and also it made me nervous and skeptical of the online scammers ... Once we had our initial visit all worries were set to the side every month we log on upload our UA and visit then without any further action on my part my meds are sent and filled and ready for pick up on time every time! we have been patients for 2 going on 3 years now with 100% efficiency every single time! They are all super great at SFR! I have to use this for pain management and they truly have been amazing with dealing with the pharmacies and all the things our medical system throws at us with compassion and urgency! I highly recommend using them for whatever it is you’re needing bc I guarantee you’ll be taken care of and feel extremely comfortable in the process. Val is absolutly the sweetest and Vince is the cutest and I actually love our monthly zoom calls and don’t dread them like most doctor’s appointments lol

The NP Valeriya Gessner has been great. She talks on your level like any normal person would who is understanding of the situation. The process is simple and i can tell they care about their patients. Highly recommended ❤️

After yrs of praying my daughter get clean she came to me with the desire to so. My daughter chose to try Step Free Recovery which had come highly recommended to her. She had visited with Val and her people who she was impressed with. She offered me the ph number to do the same. I was extremely impressed with Val as well and appreciated her explaining the way the prog wk’s. Val and staff were caring and kind until my daughter felt ready to face her induction. I had a very positive experience with this group. I was down on my luck in the middle of the night and I was able to see a psychiatrist rather quickly who gave me a short supply of my medication so I had time to get some more money. It was a life-saver, and great customer service.
