I recently tried to place an order from this website, and I was very disappointed with the shipping policy for Estonia. On their site, it clearly states that shipping is free within the EU, but when I proceeded to checkout, a €50 shipping fee was added because my order is considered an “international shipment.”

What makes this even more confusing is that shipping to Latvia just a few hours away from Estonia - is free, while Estonia seems to be treated as an exception. I contacted customer support, and they replied that I am absolutely right , Estonia is part of the EU, but that they currently ship to Estonia only via DHL, and free shipping is available only when they can use Chronopost, which they don’t offer for Estonia at the moment.

I find it very disappointing that Estonia, an EU country, is singled out in this way. A year ago, shipping to Estonia was free, and now it feels as if Estonia has been excluded without a clear reason. This is frustrating, especially since neighboring EU countries enjoy free delivery.

I hope the brand will reconsider this policy and offer the same fair conditions for all EU customers, including Estonia.

I ordered a fragrance on 22.07.24 and I emailed customer service on the 6.08.24 asking about shipping details. They responded on the 7.08.24 and apologised about the delay and asked if I wanted any free samples, I emailed back on the same day.

They emailed on the 9.08.24 and said it was about to be shipped on that same day.

It arrived the next day on 10.08.24, did not expect it to arrive so quickly considering it was from France to United Kindom. Thank you
