Prise en charge rapidement

Fast solution to my problem and helpful thank you

I had an issue where I was redirected to the site in Error and made a payment for something which they do not sell.
Thankfully once I spoke to the customer service, Emerald corrected the issue within an hour.

Ich hatte eine Problem, mir wurde nicht geantwortet und trotz Fehlermeldung das die Zahlung nicht durchging, wurde mir das Geld abgebucht. Absolut Fake
Zusätzlich möchte ich hinzufügen, dass ich um meine Rückerstattung zu erhalten aufgefordert werde, meine Rezension zu löschen und eine bessere schreiben soll. Ich muss einen Screenshot schicken, um dann alles zu beweisen.
Ebenso hab ich dann Nachrichten erhalten, in dem behauptet wurde irgendwas mit meiner Bank in Zusammenhang mit der Buchung und musste meine Karte sperren lassen. What the??

Well I put in for a england box from what I thought was sports direct and it ended up being a company called stepplaza.com they took 11 10 out of my account on 5he 10th of June 6.05 on the 11th of June and 55.40 on the 12th of June I did not give them permission to take any money from my account

I received what looked like a legitimate ABOUT YOU birthday promotion offering a mystery box for €9.99.

After following the links in the email, I was redirected through multiple different fake websites and eventually ended up on Stepplaza. I paid €9.99 and never received any mystery box.

Shortly afterwards, additional charges of €26.20 and €34.40 were attempted on my card. Fortunately, those payments were declined by my bank.

I reported the transaction as fraudulent and left a review describing my experience.

Since then, Stepplaza has contacted me multiple times, claiming a refund would be issued and asking me to remove or improve my review. One email even suggested that a positive Trustpilot review would help finalize my case.

At the time of writing, I have still not received the promised refund.

My experience was:

- Misleading marketing that appeared connected to ABOUT YOU.
- Payment taken for a product that was never delivered.
- Unexpected additional charge attempts.
- Requests to change or remove reviews after complaining.

Make your own judgment, but I would strongly recommend extreme caution before entering payment details on any site connected to this promotion.
