I Ordered 2 pair of what looked like nice shoes in pictures, but I didn't get shoes the size I Ordered, I Ordered 12.5 wide they sent what must be size 10 narrow...no way would these shoes evere fit....the size standard that this company uses is not right...they DON'T want return customers for sure . So I have 2 pair of shoes I can't ware, so I try to contact them to start a claim (multiple times)and they don't respond back, THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY, they say they are a USA Made and Veteran owned company...Don't believe that for a moment either ... in the end here I'll be stuck with 2 pair of shoes i can ware and I'm out $120.00, CAVEAT EMPTOR "let the buyer beware". I wouldn't trust anything about this company..

This place is a rip off. Ordered brown shoes and they sent me blue ones! When contacted they offered to allow me to keep the shoes and refund 20% of the price. When I told them this was inadequate because I would never wear these blue shoes, they responded they would not accept return and sent me only 20% of purchase price. Now I am out money and have a pair of shoes that I will never wear.

This company is doing phenomenal job regarding its customer management. I had an issue regarding subscription and payment and I was ensured of assistance.

Non ho ancora ricevuto alcun rimborso di importi che mi sono stati sottratti a mia insaputa. Ho già fatto denuncia alle autorità competenti. Voglio immediato rimborso di tutti gli importi sottratti in modo ingannevole!!!

Je n’ai pas souscrit à votre site car je ne comprends pas l’anglais et je vais chez un podologue car j’ai du mal à me chausser donc comment aurais je pus me chausser chez vous sans essayer les chaussures !!
