I just wanted to share a quick note after completing the Sterka training. I found the session genuinely valuable — some topics were eye‑opening and gave me new perspectives to bring into my day‑to‑day work, while others reassuringly reaffirmed practices I already follow.

I’ve also gone ahead and purchased Human Powered, and I’m already making my way through it. It’s a great continuation of the themes from the training.

We had a fantastic session with Trenton Moss. He delivered an energetic, insightful seminar on Engaging & Influencing with Storytelling, making brilliant use of Zoom to keep everyone involved. The mix of content, discussion and breakout activities was spot on and gave us loads of practical ideas to take away.

Clear instructions in the chat made everything run smoothly. This isn’t the first time Trenton has presented for us, and his sessions are always excellent — we hope to see him again soon. Highly recommended!

Having experienced it myself, I can honestly say it’s one of the most impactful professional development tools I’ve seen.

1. It builds confidence - not just within the team, but in how our clients view us too. When we show up with clarity, structure and assurance, clients naturally place more trust in us, and that strengthens our partnerships.

2. What really stands out is how much more we get out of every interaction. Whether it’s a tricky feedback session, a pitch, or a simple update, the training gives our people the tools to communicate with purpose - and influence. And that adds up.

3. But maybe most impressive is how transformative it’s been for the less experienced members of the team. Sterka teaches in a matter of hours what many of us have only learned over years in the industry. It’s fast-tracking their development and giving them a level of confidence and polish that usually takes much longer to build.

We recently took part in Team Sterka’s Client Skills Training Programme and were thoroughly impressed. The sessions were engaging, practical and tailored to the real challenges our team faces. Trenton created a supportive and high-energy environment that encouraged open discussion and reflection. We've come away with greater confidence, sharper communication skills and a more unified approach to client relationships. Highly recommended for any team serious about levelling up their client service game.

I learnt a lot and the consideration of real-life examples made it easy to apply my learning in my work environment. The sessions are interactive, with small group work, which enabled me to learn from peers.

I really enjoyed the Sterka training and found it fun, satisfying, useful and meaningful. I appreciated the training itself and what I learned, the nudges to think about and practice the training after / between sessions as well as the opportunity to spend more time with my colleagues in this way. I haven't given it 5 stars because I struggled to find the time to implement and practice the training in between sessions but I'm not sure what Trenton could've done about this and perhaps I need to own the responsibility of making time for it. I still gained lots and plan to go through all the modules and make sure that I'm putting the content into practice - of course I'll need to make time to do this! :D

Attending Team Sterka training was a great experience.

Every session was engaging, structured, and packed with valuable techniques that I could use every day at work.

Trenton (the course leader) was faultless in his delivery of key information. He tailored the training to best suit our situations, and encouraged all of us to take part in equal measure with fun exercises and role play scenarios.

Great seminar from Trenton. Fully interactive, no slides and so nice to meet others in the breakout rooms
