Bought a king-size mattress and a single mattress from the dunfermline store, sales person very helpful and polite. Unfortunately this is where the good service ends.

We wanted to return the single mattress due to it being too deep for our sons bed, we didn't open the mattress and when we contacted customer services we were told it would be another £89 to pick the mattress up and they also wanted a 25% "restock" charge as it has been ordered for us, nowhere in the terms does it tell you about a 25% restock charge, I was passed from customer services to store manager and he still didn't help and still wanted us to pay the restock charge. Lost us as customers as we might have ordered another mattress that would fit the bed but not now.

Sales team were great.The delivery and installation were swift and careful. We love the sofa. Very pleased with Sterling.

Salesman was great, knowledgeable and very helpful. Once ordered we were emailed near delivery time to say our new suite was nearly built. Then emailed and phonecalled to arrange delivery once it was ready. I was able to chose a delivery date and delivery was smooth. Delivery guys were great too, chatty and built suite then took all the packaging away. Can't fault!! Well done Sterling

If you're looking for something special, it's definitely worth a browse. It's a "wow" store. The staff are super are helpful and there's no hard sell. There's lots to see, so make sure you allow plenty of time for your visit.

Salesman was not pushy but full of product knowledge when we needed his help .cannot remember Gentlemans name .Took time with us and answered all our questions.I think i have the date correct but we purchased on the last day for Christmas delivery .which suited us as we had to decorate and have new flooring installed

Really disappointed with the 2 Fara fabric armchairs we bought. Had then just over 3 weeks now thought at first is was just because they were new but they are very firm and uncomfortable. I picked the Fara model as when I tried it in the shop it was really comfortable . Sadly these aren't. The display was leather but thought fabric would have same comfortable feel.

The knowledge of the salesman was excellent and explained all we needed to know about our new suite. The delivery was ahead of schedule and whilst we were not ready for it they held onto it until we were. The warehouse kept in touch with us throughout the whole process

Great selection of furniture and house accessories. Our sales assistant was very knowledgeable and not pushy about obtaining a sale. He was so nice to deal with we waited until he returned from his holiday to make our purchase of some very comfortable Stressless chairs and couch. The level of service continued with the admin team who kept us informed when to expect our delivery. A definite 1st port of call the next time we need any thing for the home.

Purchasing our sofa from start to finish was painless. Staff very friendly and polite.

A reputable Company, with a local Branch at Halbeath. Quality furniture at reasonable prices, and good Cafe for a light lunch or coffee.

I enjoyed our experience, with a knowledgeable salesman. It was quick and stress free, my elderly parents were happy with their purchase.

Friendly guys , worked well together. Cleaned all mess . Very happy
