We have used this company when it was Forrest Furnishings
We have used this company when it was Forrest Furnishings for many years and recently used them as Sterling Home and found the service provided is still excellent.
We found the sales and customer service very helpful and we will still be our place to go.

Extremely poor faulty product twice
Purchased a corner sofa last September 2025 , it arrived with pieces missing and lots of damage . Sterling agreed to replace we have waited 6 months and the one that arrived today was even worse . A gap big enough to put an arm down, faulty stitching in three places . We asked them to take it away and have gone elsewhere . Customer services staff ok and delivery staff good but product which they said was from China extremely poor even their own technician agreed .
