Awful customer service
Have been dealing with the uk company and have never dealt with such a ridiculous company. They have a contact number which always comes up with a pre recorded message stating that they are busy. Replies via emails take days and they use an utterly useless delivery company (EVRI) so my item was left at the front of my property which EVRI decided was my safe location. I had actually paid extra for the 24 hour delivery and confirmed this by the amount paid however STERR UK insisted that normal postage was selected even when sent the documentation proving it was otherwise. Anyway this error meant that the item was posted whilst I was not at home and left where anyone walking past could see it and take it. I got home to find no parcel where it had been left and got in contact with STERR to get this sorted. As I had noticed the fan I had ordered was out of stock and this was for a customer I got a replacement from somewhere else and got in touch to get a refund. Days between emails, telling me that the item was delivered and offering no resolution I have finally ended up having to go to my bank to get my money back. Would avoid this company until they work out their customer service and learn about Consumer Rights Act 2015
