I see how unfair the reviews on this website are so I wanted to put in my 2 cents. I made 2 purchases the other day, one with fast shipping and the other with regular shipping. When my order arrived I was pleasantly surprised that both orders had come in at the same time. The customer service is subpar but the overall service is great

They demand you screen shot your credit card and send via email! Seedy! Lucas needs customer service guidance as he is rude and full of himself! I cancelled order and Wells Fargo is investigating!

Don’t bother! I paid for priority postage, I contacted the company after I did not receive the goods within the timeframe specified for the postage I had paid extra for, to be told the terms are different to those specified. I was told managers had asked to pass on a message by the customer services advisor, Lucas. The company are refusing to refund me for the priority postage as that would need to come from the service provider. Really poor customer service and I definitely would not recommend using them!

Just a waste of time with their fake offers and promotions. After receiving an email from them with a promotion of *u/t 50% OFF + FREE SHIPPING" i clicked on the link and the website immediately offered me "ONE FREE ITEM" if I signed up for their email and text messages, which I did. I placed an order for two items and on checkout I entered the code for the "ONE FREE ITEM" Each item was priced over $10 but the code applied a discount of a flat $10 making neither item "FREE". I also could not find anyway to apply the "Free Shipping" offer so I emailed customer service with these two issues. They replied that the "ONE FREE ITEM" offer had a $10 limit, even though they did not have a single item available priced at $10 or less, making it impossible to ever get "ONE ITEM FREE". They also said that the Free Shipping only applied to orders of $50 or more, a fact they omitted from the emailed promotion. Both offers turned out to be dishonest, misleading and totally fake. I don't do business with companies that use such deceitful tactics so I cancelled my order and unsubscribed.

I received the underwear Doreanse 1281 Hang Loose Bikini Brief Modal . I saw it and realized that the underwear size is Chinese not American. It is not suitable with my size even I am unable to wear it. The merchant Steveneven did not warn on website that it is Asian size even does not show the true size chart. Rip off business!

Nonstop spam, can't unsubscribe and they rotate e-mail addresses so spam filters don't catch the junk they send out. The epitome of what consumers avoid at all costs.

I have used the service before with no problems. Delivery took longer than I anticipated due to US-EU shipping but when I emailed they were quick to reply and help with the tracking. Product was excellent and have happily purchased again.

I'm a customer from this website since 2015, I just took this opportunity to write something, because all the other reviews dont look fair comparing to my shopping experience. So here is my 2 cents.
You can buy your sexy underwear from them, like I do, with no issues. I never had any issues, and all orders were delivered on time. I can't say anything about customer service because I have never had any issues with my orders. If I do, I will update my review.

Poor customer service.
The money was not refunded when the item I ordered was not in stock.
They insisted to keep it as credit.
If I cannot get what I want, why do I have to buy something that I do not even want?
I just wasted money and closed the account.
Look else where．

I'm not even a customer, never signed up, but keep getting promotional emails despite trying multiple times to unsubscribe. Spamming seems to come before customer service....

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had of online shopping. I asked for assistance when my order had arrived in the UK at London Heathrow Airport. 13 days later the order has still not arrived. The tracking account was showing the goods were still at Heathrow.I asked for assistance and got numerous standard responses that didn’t answer my question. UPS tell me they can do nothing as the order relates to a USA Shipment and the vendor needs to contact the company. In Fairness I use the company in the USA without problem. This Current current order was nearly $200. I would never use them again. Only interested in making money and when there is a problem They don’t give a damn. Get the same products the same price from a company that actually makes an effort…

They never reply to emails and it’s your fault that your items never arrived.

After f**king me around I will never to buy from them again.

Even when trying to unsubscribe from their emails they ignore the request and continue to spam me.

Now it’s been a 4 month I didn’t receive my shipment and I asked for refund until now they didn’t return my money back also they don’t respond to my emails
BE CAREFUL THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND THEY DONT SHIP YOUR ORDER AND THEY DONT REFUND YOUR MONEY ALSO DONT RESPONSE TO THE EMAILS

The website said sizes run smaller. I bought waist size larger than mine. Still too small. The largest size doesn't even fit a 36-inch waist. That's crap.

Best prices and free shipping with only $30! Excellent experience 2 times now!! Will be placing many more orders for my sexy undies in the future!!

Unprofessional site with poor customer service. Made the mistake of buying here one time. Bought 3 items that they indicated were in stock only to find out they weren't...not one item! I had to chase them for a week for an answer and longer to get my money back. Stay away from these guys! I ended up buying directly from the manufacturers website and got my items instantly with no headaches.
