Game Streaming performance is very Good. 🥰🥰🥰😍😍

I had an account with Stim.io for less than four hours. I stepped away briefly and forgot to manually shut down the machine. When I returned, I was locked out and forced through an awful CAPTCHA system that repeatedly failed. After several attempts, my account was blocked entirely.

I contacted customer support to explain the situation and was met with a completely unacceptable response. I was told that they do not reply to accounts that have already been banned. No investigation, no explanation, no opportunity to resolve the issue.

What a joke of a service.

The lack of basic customer support, combined with aggressive banning and broken verification systems, makes this platform unreliable and hostile to users. The fact that I am taking the time to write this review should already indicate how poor the experience was.

I do not recommend Stim.io based on my experience. Poor service, poor support, and zero accountability.

No customer support, no refund, doesn't even run Star Citizen, keeps crashing all the time and has annoying Windows error popups constantly

And you have to pay extra for using windows 10

I can not cancel auto renew i have been send mail to stim io support for cancel my plan but thay dont replied me

As the title says, I constantly experience stutter, lag and disconnection (I selected Win11, which might be the reason). When it disconnects, the error message just says "Could not connect to stream" which shows no information to fix. I recommend GFN or Boosteroid for gaming, and Shadow if you need a cloud PC. If you really want to get stim.io, select Windows 10.

i asked them if 600gb is enough monthly internet data and they told me that they dont think i am gaming lol and i just said that most times i play almost all day games and they kicked me from their discord for that shadow pc better by any means if you have good ms for shadow you are good to go and for pay as you go in stim is like 70$ a day if you want to game for 10 hours lets say even if it was 1 tb still not enough for gaming daily 10 hours

Been using Stim.io for almost a year, it's currently the best overall cloud gaming platform in terms of data centers, price, performance and latency. I believe it has the best customer support of any service in the world. It's the only service that the CEO himself is involved in customer satisfaction. 5 rating is not enough to express my satisfaction with stim.

The best option in the industry. The best and affordable solution for cloud gaming pc.

I don't know if I did anything wrong or what happened, but the experience was the worst one ever. First I tried 10 min free, ofc I couldn't try anything out in that time. Then I paid per minute. My ping was 39, my internet connection when I measured it on my phone was over 800 mbps. On my computer 150.
I sat right next to my wifi which is 5ghz as recommended and I barely could do a thing in this virtual Windows computer.

Tried Blender, but had a really hard time using that in a browser for one, since the browser just wanted to back when i did certain moves. Overall awful.

Then I tried playing Fallout 4 from Steam. Used my Xbox-controller as recommended. When I pushed the buttons it worked like one time in a hundred times.

I couldn't use this for anything other than to browse in chrome in a weird resolution. Then my laptop is much better. It already is quite good but I can't play Star Citizen or use Blender on it, but I rather not, than to use this again.

With that said, maybe I missed something. But for me this was a really bad experience and a wast of money. Could've just flushed them down the toilet. Good idea though. I really hope there's something I did wrong. It just can't be this bad.

I really love stim.io, i have use shadow.tech and i change now to stim.io because of prices.
stim is good, but missing disk space that shadow have, but stim.io have better gpu then shadow, and i can use stim on chromebook, and use less data gb.

so far good.
i hope its live many years.

Stim.io is comparable to ShadowPC.
They offer a full windows PC and you can do whatever you want.

It costs a third of a ShadowPC base subscription and deliever the same performance with good stability.
I had around 150GB storage available which is enough for one or two games this is okay. ShadowPC base have 250GB.

I really hope this company will have success there is big potential.

Very good and cheap service however currently there is a storage issue as its in beta but out of the others i have tried like shadow.tech this one is worth the price!
