They sign you up for a subscription that you didn't ask for saying that it's to get credits to their online store. When you talk to your bank the bank says that they are actually a software company out of South africa. When you call into this company they will cancel the subscription that you didn't sign up for but they will not refund your money until you argue with them. When you do finally get somebody to agree to a refund they ask/ demand a trust pilot review.,

Stitch cove staff is top notch in customer service. They gave a complete refund after a survey scam sent me there.ive learned to be very skeptical about Facebook purchases nowadays. Thanks again stitch cove staff I appreciate you!

Clicked on an ad, bought an item, was a recurring charge, NO OTP sent , 3 payments from my account withdrawn, try to connect them to refund they refused , even here u will find 5 star rating but the words tell something else , in a word A FRAUD

They made sure I hit my money back when there was a miscommunication on what I had order they were very nice people .I appreciate them doing that alot with. Timely manner within the same moment I asked for it back .

I took a survey on FB and the next thing I know I was getting a charge on my credit card from stitchcove. However Eugene was very prompt and started the process of refund.
