I've not any issues with my deliveries or the quality of products and I have placed another order but if your willing to wait the timeline given you shouldn't have a problem. The team keep me informed via email with updates on any order/s

The ONLY reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the clothing quality is fairly good, though it’s smaller than you estimate. It is not top tier designer quality, but it is above average for average consumer grade clothing.

That being said, I have ordered from them twice. The second time truly I should not have. It will be the last time I EVER order from them again.

They refuse to improve their customer service and how they handle production. They will straight up lie to you if you tell them tracking for your package doesn’t work. Your package 9/10 times will randomly show up one day after you wait 6-8 months from the time you place your order after hearing radio silence about it.

It goes as follows: order confirmation, wait a few months, order is on its way (via a boat), wait a few months, get furious that you’ve waited months and haven’t heard anything, order randomly shows up one day unannounced.

If you reach out to customer service asking for help, or via their discord, they’ll tell you the tracking info will update once it reaches its destination country. This is a lie they push to keep you sated. If you mention this in their discord or social media, they will not only tell you that’s not true but delete your comments/reviews entirely.

The easiest solution to their problems would be to preemptively order X amount of stock per item and have people sign up via email to get notified of when the item they are interested in is in stock. Then take limited orders for each item they now have in stock and ship those out.

But no, they rather do this arbitrary, backwards “wave” system where they have random amounts of people preorder something and then wait over half a year for it to arrive with no updates or warnings. If you ask, they will tell you to check their preorder timeline on the website, as if that’s helpful when you’ve gotten NO updates for MONTHS! You’re just reading the same info you got when you placed your order!

Their system is so messed up that they can’t even keep track of who has received their items yet. How do I know? Myself and dozens upon dozens of people - as evidence of their discord server - received emails to rate items ordered from this company before ever receiving them. It’s a pre planned email based on time since you ordered, rather than an email sent after confirmation of delivery. So now you get people even MORE confused, which bogs down your customer service employees even more!

They don’t even know when the boat they’re paying to ship their goods over will arrive. They are in the dark completely, which is INSANE. How do I know? I asked them. I asked when they estimate the boat shipping holds to arrive. The response? Ignoring you completely. If you ask again elsewhere, you get ignored completely. If you’re lucky they might give you the same canned response they give about shipping which is “please allow XX-XX days for tracking to update as it ships to your destination.” As if that’s helpful, because by now at this point in the process you’ve likely heard that a half dozen times or read it online.

It’s also mighty convenient that the shipping window takes just long enough that you will run out of time to dispute the charge with your bank. So if you wise up and realize you made a mistake ordering from them, good luck! And if you do dispute the charge, you’re likely to get charged by them a second time until you beg them to cancel your order.

I love supporting small businesses. I go out of my way to do so and pay for quality products from people who care. Do not support them unless they get their s**t together.

Total scam. It's been a year

The entire process was awesome. I checked the size chart, I also sent my measurements and we agreed on a size. I did need tailoring to get a perfect fit but nothing crazy or expensive (my waist to hip ratio is pretty extreme).

The quality of the pants (Shibuya) is so friggin good. Heavier cotton denim, but still soft and comfortable. They hold up in the wash no problem. I get a ton of compliments on them because they're so unique but in plain black I can wear them anywhere.

They sent everything in a beautiful package with little JJK extras thrown in the box for fun (stickers and an art print) and a thank you card.

Yes it takes time, I waited about 2 and a half months for delivery, but slow fashion is always worth the wait.

I got the love cardigan and it’s so soft and adorable. Definitely great quality. The wait is brutal but understandably so.

We ordered a Jacket as a gift for a friend. The communication from Stitch Spring was always great. Cristian answered so many questions for me.
The jacket is amazing and well loved. The quality is great. The stickers were a lovely surprise.

I’ve shopped with Stitch spring twice and own 5 pieces from different collections and they do not disappoint! They are beautifully made, well crafted and best of all extremely comfortable! Although you find yourself waiting 3 months for items to arrive, it is 100% worth the wait! I’d shop with them everytime 💕🌸

Stitchspring Always thinks of unique designs, which get produced in a really high quality. The pieces are so comfortable to wear and stylish at the same time. They also provide updates of the production and inform If there should occure any delays (ordered there more than once and that never happened to me personally, even with international shipping). You basically feel all the Work and Love which is Put into every single piece. 11/10, i highly recommend stitchspring ❤️

Absolutely incredible designs, amazing quality of work and good communication from the team. I live in Australia and it does take a while for the orders to come (also depends on when you order/presale items etc) but it is so worth it! I’ve had pieces last me for so long and I get so many compliments on them every time.

I got exactly what I ordered. At first I thought the site wasn’t really because it took so long for my jacket to reach me, but once it did I was really happy I made the purchase.

I’ve gotten a few things from stitch spring and was not once disappointed with what I got. From the cool box designs to my order looking exactly as it did on video.

Ordered pants from them in February 2025. Did not receive my order by the time they said preorders had shipped in August/September. Received no update from them so I had to reach out. They told me that my package had gone missing and they'd send another. I had to then email them multiple times until it shipped in January which I then got the wrong size. They refuse to correct this issue and have been incredibly difficult to get into contact with. This is genuinely a scam of a company, and they send it out too late for you to file any chargeback. I paid $100 for pants that I never received and then was sent the wrong size. That's fraud. Do not order from here

De piece i bought was very high quality and fit me really well! Their customer service is great too. They responded quickly and kindly. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable.

Amazing quality clothes at such decent prices. It's so hard to find cool nerd clothes for women, at least in my experience. I've bought a few items from Stitch Spring for myself and my partner, and every time the quality is so much higher than we thought it would be. Some of our favourite clothing items are from this site! You do have to wait a while for your order to arrive (about 6 months, which it tells you on the site), since each item is made to order (which is better for the environment anyway). They also package the items nicely with some free goodies in the box. The only downside is that you can't return items.. they have a discord group where you can resell to other people or trade, but it's risky IMO since there's no seller/buyer protection like you'd get on ebay or other second hand sites. Just make sure that you really want the item before you buy it, and triple check the size guide.

Stitch Spring does fantastic work, I’ve been a frequent customer for over a year now and will continue to be. Their descriptions, model pictures, and size charts are all accurate and helpful. My most recent order was for the Love Crop Top and Hollow Purple sweater, and their team contacted me to tell me they couldn’t fulfill one of the sizes I ordered and offered to let me switch for a different one and receive a discount code. I really appreciated the communication and service. I love the pieces I got too, the sweater is by far one of the coolest looking clothes I have, and the crop top is a versatile piece I can use with anything. I love everything I’ve bought from them and always look forward to their next designs. The orders take several months to fulfill, but it’s normal because they’re making each item with care, so I don’t mind at all. To anyone considering ordering from them, know that it’s worth the wait!

Great quality!

Ive had their solo leveling jacket for near 2 years now and used it in snow, rain, and even sometimes in heat. This thing is bulletproof and stylish.

I do not understand why stitchspring is getting negative press, but its likely BS. They list clear care and exchange policies before buying and help people sell their clothes on discord (even when they don't have to). I've been dissapointed in many companies, but not stitch spring (even after ordering wrong sizes). They helped me sell and recoup my cost.

Super vêtement ! je l'ai utilisé en cosplay, et je le porte de temps en temps et vraiment c'est top ! (veste de YUTA la v1) un peu long a l'envoie entre la france et l’expéditeur mais incroyable ! :D

I got the Yuji jacket (tokyo high) at pre order and it came beautifully packed with some stickers free of cost.
In all the shipping (from Portugal) process they gave me updates of day and at what part was my order.
They warned in the website that the size ran a bit small so I got a bigger one.
The jacket is super comfy and easy to use day to day and wash. I just wished they used a stronger string on some buttons because when I pull it seems like it wants to bust, but in the +10 wears that I used it it nerver did.
All and all a good experience and will buy again from this brand if they make jackets from other animes that I love.
