Stop listening to those liars on tiktok this food is trash and severely overpriced for the quality of the food, i got there braised ribs and wagyu skewer i asked my server if the wagyu comes with 2 skewers or 1 she said its 2 then when it came it was 1 i asked her about it she said “oh i thought you meant the pieces of meat” 😐😐 the wagyu side was £17 and i was physically crunching on salt thats how salty it was it was so salted anyone with high cholesterol stay away from it. The braised ribs was the biggest joke i had ever seen, the meat didnt taste fresh as it was chewy and there was ZERO flavour, the mash tasted grainy as if it was instant mash and then the disgusting sauce that came with it tasted bitter i only ate it because i was hungry but i didn’t even finish it it wasn’t enjoyable. Even there complementary brioche bread tasted nasty, the brioche at the supermarkets tastes way better than the trash they gave us. They don’t have a non alcoholic menu which is also a joke as east London is a Muslim area so why isn’t there a non alcoholic menu yet everything is halal? The atmosphere was boring there’s nowhere to actually take pictures and the toilets are unisex in a MUSLIM area.
My friends ordered the chicken burger sides and cups and they said it was too greasy, i saw the paper falling apart due to how oily it was and my friend fingers were shiny with oil. The mac and cheese was also stale and flavourless and some bites tasted oily some tasted dry

Overall: don’t waste your money like we did!

Terrible customer service. It is impossible to get in contact with the restaurant. We booked a table for New Year’s Eve and had not been informed about additional fees or the extra amount of money required to keep the reservation. A few days after our booking — and after paying what we believed was the full and final price — we received an email demanding more money, suddenly doubling the total cost.
When we tried to cancel the reservation, as the price was now far beyond our budget, it was completely impossible to reach the restaurant. We have tried contacting them by email, Instagram, phone, and directly through their website. NO RESPONSE. When you call, an AI answers and promises that someone from the restaurant will call back, but this has never happened despite several weeks of waiting and many attempts.
I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant due to the awful customer service. And never pay anything in advance — you will not get your money back. A totally disappointing experience that I would never recommend to anyone.

Great experience.. food was okay though a bit over priced. But the experience made it worth it.

Honestly I had bad experiences there.the waiter was bringing more orders telling me it part of my night deal meanwhile they charge me for it .so guys watch out don’t make that mistake when making payments.this is STK CHARLOTTE NORTH CAROLINA BRANCH

I absolutely loved my Sunday brunch experience at STK Stratford this Sunday. The atmosphere, music and service was excellent 👍🏾. Our waiter Omar was so friendly and efficient and definitely made the experience more amazing. (I even wanna shout out Efeosa who was new but kind and very helpful) 9/10 definitely (food is the reason for the missed 10/10 coz it was good but nothing to write home about)

Great steak house. Our waiter Theo was outstanding. The food is insane, so delicious. Expensive and well worth it!

What a night what an experience staff where an absolute delight from start to finish and the food was on a different level you definitely get what you pay for and I would 100% go back in a heart beat. Best meal out ever for my wife and I absolutely loved it 10/10. Massive thanks to the staff

Made reservation for their Thanksgiving dinner. Arrived on time, all very disorganized. Overbooked! Could not find a table to seat us, proposed to seat us outside. Not pleasant, cold, waitress was overburdened, seats were dirty. I used napkin to wipe down chairs and it was black dirty (have a picture). My friend already was seated and his trousers were dirty. Showed napkin to manager, she just took it away, no apology.
Read other reviews they are more expressive. Avoid the place if you want an enjoyable dinner with friends.
