A company that sells decent Chinese products. I bought something from them once – it actually looked quite good, so I decided to buy again – and that was a mistake – what they sent me was something a primary school child could have done better in art class... I decided to return it... and that’s when the nightmare began. I wrote to them – they replied telling me how to make the return, I made the return and... I’ve got neither the item nor my money back... They completely ignored me – one time they were on holiday, another time the payments department wasn’t operating, another time some other department wasn’t operating. Every time, something... The best bit is that after I returned the product, they removed the return from Shopify... Since I don’t have the product I sent back to them and they are in possession of it, and I don’t have the money either... I consider this to be theft... and that falls under the Criminal Code, so unfortunately I had to take this route... it’s not about the money – it’s about the principle. It’s been going on for a while now and will probably take a bit longer, but I don’t mind – I’ve got time...

The item was delivered quickly that's what the 1 star was for. The jacket ordered as XL arrived and was medium- large at best .I emailed the next day to ask for XXL and asked for the delivery cost about 6 emails and 5 WhatsApp messages later I sent the jacket back Royal mail registered delivery so they received it then they emailed not eligible for return? No money back and no cheap Chinese fake small jacket either. Please do not order from these people there are enough really bad reviews of this company to ignore. Thanks
