One of the parts arrived damaged

One of the parts arrived damaged. They didnt have a replacement, but said they would give me $50 dollars towards buying a new part which after shipping was $100 ...Plus now my vehicle is down another 2-3 days These people do not care about the customer

One of the parts in the kit we shipped got damaged, and the customer reported it a week after the delivery. They had already disassembled the vehicle by then. The customer requested us to send a replacement part overnight, which was not available separately. Instead of opting for return and replacement, the customer asked for a discount on the order. We offered the maximum amount we could without requiring them to return the entire order. We understand that shipping damages can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. It is important to note that we care deeply about our customers and their satisfaction. However, we must clarify that incorrect assumptions should not be made based on a single incident where a mail order with sensitive parts was not properly examined and did not meet your expectations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we remain committed to providing the highest level of service to all of our customers.

I looked for a Steering Drag Link for my Class A RV and some of the prices were out of this World! I found it here and it was the Best Price...ordered it @ 2pm on 10/23/23 and Received it on 10/24/23 @ 9:55 AM. I was Shocked when Fedex pulled up. I love a place like this that dont play around and know you need a Part..Keep it going Guys you are the BEST!
