Great service fast delivery and great part

I placed an order for oil pan. It was stated as an exact fit for my vehicle. After receiving the product, I had a mechanic do the install. Mechanic stated the bolt holes are not lining up. I tried multiple times and multiple ways to contact stock wise to return the product and get a refund for my order. Stock wise has not returned any of my messages or emails. Their website doesn't even let you look at the order history to begin the return policy, it just stays in a loading pattern. Customer service is a joke. You can't talk to anyone live. I will never buy from this company again.

They sent me a defective AC compressor that caught fire in my vehicle, which I then sent back for a refund. No refund was issued at any amount and I was forced to dispute it with my credit card company. They replied to the dispute saying I never sent the product back listing a return label with a different tracking number than the one they gave me. I have sent the required info including proof of delivery stating a Jose J. Signed for the product and it was delivered more than 3 weeks ago. Hopefully the escalation works. Please if you value your money and sanity do NOT use stockwise auto!

Got my new starter for my 1989 Corvette. Great place for hard to find parts

First the item was shipped fast and was correct. Once placing it where it belonged, it was found faulty.

Reached out to the company before the warranty date expired but didn’t receive a response.

Now I’m at a loss for a part that they guaranteed. Due to the lack of customer service, I wouldn’t buy again from them.

I found what I was looking for quickly and it was priced fairly.

The parts came quickly and fit perfectly. The cost saved us some money.

I never received my order and the insurance is worthless they didnt help me and do nothing with this issue, money and time wasted with them and with paypal.

I purchased an AC kit for my 2002 X type Jaguar. The compressor clutch started making a loud grinding noise after I had the system charged at a reputable repair shop. I called the Stockwise phone number listed and reported my problem and gave my phone number and Email address. I didn't receive any emails or telephone calls. I took the car back to the repair shop and had the mechanic reshim the clutch to try to make it work properly. The noise came back almost immediately. Since then I have tried 4 more times to reach Stockwise help line. I finally got a new compressor from another company. Disappointed doesn't even come close to how I feel about the lack of service I have received. Dirck Leidecker

I ordered parts for my car and turned out I ordered wrong parts. I initiated a refund and sent parts back. My bank issued me a new debit card and assured me that any refund to my old card will be posted to my account. Well the bank completely cut the card off causing stockwiseauto not being able to send my refund. I asked multiple times if they can issue me store credit but it’s been months and as of now they have both the product and my money.
