Everything was surprisingly good
Everything was surprisingly good. Product was priced lower than every other vendor and to be honest, I was skeptical. The item was something difficult to find and very few places even listed it, let alone stocked it. They were wise to do so. See what I did there? Purchased with very low expectations. Had messages my order went through and was being filled and shipped. Then a couple of days of silence and I thought, “here we go”. Showed up next day. Was exactly as listed, new, unopened and perfect. Would definitely use them again, and I do this car thing A LOT!

The window regulator and motor were a perfect match for the original and was installed easly, and for a retired Chrysler tech with over 40yrs experience that is saying a lot.

Great experience.
The website was clear and easy to understand, and they made it pretty easy for me to find the part i was looking for. They communicated well, sending order confirmation and shipping notifications. The item was shipped fast and arrived quickly. We were looking for an older part, there were two websites that had it, and Stock Wise Auto was definitely the better site. It was less expensive and better shipping options. Would definitely buy from them again if needed.

Sent me the wrong part
Sent me the wrong part. I have sent two requests for help to get the right part but haven't heard back yet. I realize it is Thanksgiving week so I will try to get some resolve next week. If/when that happens, I will be happy to write a objective review!!
