Scammer!! Listen to the 1 star reviews. I paid the driver to pick up my vehicle and he didn’t communicate with me after. I reached out multiple times and he cancelled my order. Their communication is horrible. Don’t bite the bait with the price. Not worth it.

Same as the others here. They quoted me $495, signed the contract, paid the deposit and then the fun began. Didn't contact the seller until the morning of, we agreed they would contact him 3 days prior. Seller had to move to the next day. At time of pick-up, Stonebridge now says there is now a $1,400 amount due to fuel increase and driver availability. WHAT??? They are scammers!!!

They don’t even deserve any star. They are straight up scammers. Never use them. I am writing to warn everyone about my extreme disappointment with this company. They provide very unprofessional and deceptive service. They will offer you anything to make your sign the contract. Before signing the contract, I specifically asked the team multiple times whether there would be any hidden fees. I was repeatedly assured that the price stated in my contract was final and that there would be no additional charges. Based on those assurances, I signed the agreement and paid the required $120 deposit.I was then informed that my vehicle would be picked up on July 4. However, the driver never contacted me, never arrived, and no one from your company reached out with any updates.When I called your office to find out what was happening, I was unexpectedly told that I would now have to pay an additional $600 at the time of delivery. This directly contradicts the terms of our agreement and the promises your representatives made before I signed the contract. Although I initially refused, I reluctantly agreed because I urgently needed my vehicle shipped that day. Even after agreeing to the additional payment, the driver still never contacted me, and the company stopped answering my calls altogether. This level of dishonesty, poor communication, and scamming people is unacceptable.

If I could give them negative starts I would. They scam me out of my deposit. They said shipping was going to be $725 when it came the day of shipping now it’s $1900. So I told them no and now they are keeping my $300 deposit. Never do any business with them. They will double of Triple and won’t give you your deposit back.

Good communication, great broker to work with

I recently shipped my car with Stone Bridge and had a really smooth experience. The whole process was hassle free, communication was good, and the price was fair too. Everything was handled professionally and my car arrived on time without any issues. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable auto transport.

Jake Weller was always quick to answer my questions. They were easy to work with and kept the seller and me, the buyer, informed on the pickup and delivery. The driver was pleasant and professional.

Would have given a 5 star, but paid an extra $100 above quote due to gas increase they said. I did agree to the extra charge.

Would call Jake again if needed to move another vehicle.

This company is a scam. Beware of the predatory practices. Don’t send them any money you will not receive their service or professional customer Courtesy. they will keep your money and run you around. I will be going to full extents to expose this fraud. They hide behind a false veteran owned narrative.
