A fantastic course packed full of essential information for any construction professional. Richard is very knowledgeable and straight talking with humour chucked in as well.

Richard runs an extremely professional training programme that will teach you everything you need to know about construction project management. His 40 years of real world experience and insights are an invaluable resource to anyone in property construction.

His 7 step blue print is a really helpful guide and is simple to use and follow.

I can’t recommend this highly enough.

This course was unlike any other course I had been on previously, Richard has an immense wealth of knowledge surrounding the construction industry which stems from his passion for the sector.

Richard left no stone unturned on this course and really welcomed everyone’s input and addressed anyone’s questions or issues in great detail which was great to see.

If you’re serious about property and construction I highly recommend this course regardless of your experience. There was people in the room with 1-30+ years in the game and we all took a lot away from it.

Overall this course was really intensive, informative a great networking opportunity and the lunch was fantastic.

This course was one of the best I’ve experienced. Richard and team, create a relaxed and natural environment that is welcoming and informative right from the off. I had no expectations prior to attending to be honest but I quickly realised the wealth of knowledge, experience, wisdom and skill Richard would be sharing with us on the duration of the course - it’s a vast amount! I would recommend anyone at any level within the property industry to do this course, you will not be disappointed.

The 3 Day PMB training programme was packed full of detailed examples and explanations of the processes, systems and safeguards needed to deliver a property development safely, compliantly and efficiently, today.

I expected it to be overwhelming, but Richard’s clear, professional and personable style and the way he has structured the training, made it straightforward to follow, and easy to understand why all the things covered, are necessary.

There was no fluff, backslapping or sales pitch. Just multiple examples and open discussion to bring the material to life. The small group setting is a refreshing change to the large scale approaches you so often see these days.

Our group for the 3 days had some people with 30yrs experience, and some with 1-2yrs …and everyone said they got a lot out of it.

I would thoroughly recommend this programme to anyone running property projects, or considering property development.

It was a true pleasure and experience spending 3 days with Richard and his team. It was evident from the outset that a lot of thought and planning went into producing this highly informative course.
The content is structured to accommodate all attendees regardless of their experience in construction. The setting created a relaxed learning environment. An abundance of food plus hot and cold drinks were provided. There were plenty of opportunities for Q&As. I left the course confident that I now have all the tools I need to run my sites in a safe and productive manner.
I would highly recommend this 3 day course to anyone currently working in or those planning on starting out in the construction industry.

I have had the privilege of attending both the in person training and the new online. To say I was blown away with the amount of knowledge Richard has on this subject is insane!
Anyone that is in contradiction, refurbs, conversions of ANY size really should invest their time in to this. An absolute no brainer and I feel confident that anything I do will be within the law and HSE standards etc. thank you Richard and team.

I attend Richard’s PMB last week and I cannot express enough how valuable it was.
Richard’s knowledge and experience is clear to see, this course is a must for any person or business who is serious about property development and compliance!
Also to add, unlike all courses I have attended in the past, there was no pitch at the end!!

For anyone wanting to get serious about their property refurbishments (whether that be construction workers or investors alike) this is a MUST training course. We've just spent 3 days with Richard where no stone (no pun intended!) was left unturned. All the while made incredibly engaging & entertaining along the way with first class delivery.

I attended PMB earlier this year and cannot express enough how much value you gain from this course! I have attended a couple of other events and this one is the only one where I didn't feel uncomfortable from a pressured 'sign on to my programme' section. These guys are the real deal, educating people inside their business to do things right and give them the tools to grow! You would be at a huge loss if your considering and dont choose to follow through.

Richard's level of knowledge is excellent and the course content and delivery is fantastic.

I'd highly recommend this course to anyone in or thinking about property development as some of the content is eye opening.

Fabulous course, great location. The course content has been carefully thought out from years of experience of the subject matter but was delivered in such a way that was truly engaging throughout and each section highlights the intended outcomes which Richard checks he has accomplished before moving on. If you are interested or involved in the construction industry in any capacity this course is an absolute must without any pressure of any up selling. Richard is an absolute treasure and I am blessed to have met him and his guest speaker Andy Rivers who came and added a spectacular session on mindset and communication. Attended RS project management blueprint over the 3 days. I found it very helpful and he explained the whole course in detail, using some good real life experiences.
I’m very happy I’ve attended and would suggest if you’re thinking about learning some of the very important aspects of project management, then attend this course. As not only can his advice save you a lot of money, but your business and yourself.

Wow! An amazing and very insightful 3 days delivered by an absolute superstar. Richard knows his stuff!
The depth and scale of his knowledge blew me away and was made even more powerful by case studies and real life experience. This course should be mandatory for anyone in the property and construction field - the consequences of not knowing and implementing this level of detail are frightening.
