Steve was recommend to me by friends for a RICS Level 3 survey. He booked in the survey at short notice and returned the report very promptly. His report was thorough and Steve called to talk through the details of the survey findings and advise on the key concerns raised. He also put me in touch with an insurance broker, who was very helpful.

The survey gave a realistic impression of how much work would be involved in renovating the property.

Steve provided a very thorough and accessible report. As first time buyers his insights were crucial in us making a decision over to purchase and he supported us with this by making time to discuss the potential financial commitments with buying a period property. Steve was friendly, responsive and professional. He did a survey at short notice and was very thorough. The report reached me in full the day after the survey was carried out and even though it was late in the evening, he answered all my subsequent questions on the phone.

The surveyor responded quickly to my request. It was always possible to speak with him and he responded to phone calls and emails promptly. He booked appointment to visit the property quickly and submitted his report after the inspection in record time- within two days. I was given opportunities to discuss the report and everything was explained to me clearly.

We recently had a full building survey carried out by Stone Survey. Steve was able the carry out the survey and send us the results very soon after. We then had a telephone call to discuss the report and understand our concerns. I would strongly recommend Steve.
