Item was well priced and delivery was very reasonable. The tiles arrived all intact and well before I expected them too. Fantastic! I'll be using them again, for sure.

Very happy with tiles, arrived on correct day. Was worried as read reviews after. Would use again . Only down was I was not given a tile slot so had to wait in all day.

Wasn't sure but product was great , exactly the same as the wickes. Only issue is they delivered too quick. Thought I'd set a delivery day but come the day before. No bother though as it was in a safe place and wrapped well.

Ordered 3 different tiles .. tiles delivered was slightly incorrect. Phoned and issue sorted out promptly and correct tiles delivered. Good prompt service. Thanks

ordered 2 tiles as samples, they were sent in a jiffy pack with no other protection, no warning labels on packaging, so guess what?... your right, both broken.

Would not recommend to anyone . Customer service is really bad. . Not consistent and don't know what they are doing. . Far better tile merchants out there just do a bit more searching on the net.

Delivered swiftly. Unfortunately poor quality (though I didn't pay much) and only 3 tiles made it in one piece.
I have emailed x2 to discuss, but so far had no reply.
Update. Had a replacement delivery of tiles today, even though it was strictly a one way communication! So updated from 2 stars to 4

Ordered tiles which arrived on time with no damages. The tiles were excellent quality, easy to work with. The Topps Tiles equivalent was nearly twice the price.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star, never received my item and emailed a couple of times enquiring and they never even returned my email!!! Avoid at all costs

these tiles are lovely but my husband doesn’t think that they are suitable for a splash back for our hob will certainly look to using them for floors as they are beautiful and sample arrived quickly.
