After having a look around online for some good local window fitters I stumbled across Stone Valley Windows. They gave me an excellent quote for my whole house as all the windows were very old and needed updating. Louise was great throughout and the fitters that turned up to measure and fit were beyond professional. I’ve never had my house cleaner after a tradesman has been until I had these windows fitted.
The guys fitting were great and answered all my queries and concerns. I highly recommend going with Stone Valley Windows and I will absolutely be using them again for my doors and recommending them to my friends.

From requesting a quote, to having my new front door installed, minimal fuss and utmost professionalism. They were recommended by a colleague, and I would happily recommend their services too.

Professional and friendly team from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of expert advice along the way. Snags were identified and rectified. Great comunication and excellent workmanship. Horrendous weather didn't stop progress either. Highly recommend.

From beginning to end nothing was too much trouble, Louise was very patient and offered some really good advice. Installation was stress free, extremely tidy and meticulous. If you want a service that leaves you with a smile this is the company to choose!

I first contacted Louise 6 weeks ago for an initial quote. When she came to our home she was wonderful, sharing her suggestions and talking through our plans. She then sent over the quote which was the cheapest of the 4 companies we had quotes from, so no brainier, We chose Stone Valley!
Chris and Jim then came to do the survey, they were polite and like Louise, shared their knowledge and suggestions for final plans.
The order was placed for 7 windows and a stable door and just 4 weeks later we have had them fitted. I also decided to have our front gutter, fascia and soffits replaced after the initial order was made and this wasn’t any trouble for the team.
Chris and Jim spent 3 days working on our house. They were absolutely amazing! From start to finish they were polite, clean and efficient. The work they have done is perfection, down to the smallest detail, they have done it all to the best standard.
They measured up for the gutter, fascia and soffits of the first day and fitted on the third, which I am really grateful for.
We are so glad we chose Stone Valley Windows, a local business on our doorstep that we’re are very proud to shout about! Thank you all so much, for what has been an enjoyable, smooth experience in making our home warmer and more aesthetically pleasing.

What can I say, professional service 👍From initial start to finish, top quality service. Louise was first contact and advised / recommended different products.
Communication first class and as for the workmanship, second to none. Chris and Jim very informative throughout and with the horrendous weather, done their absolute best to keep on track (which they did with flying colours).
In a nutshell, you want the best, here they are.

I would highly recommend stone valley windows and would tell anyone not to go anywhere else. Louise was amazing in finding the colour and design I wanted. Communication was always responsive and helpful. The workmanship by Chris and Jim was also to the highest standard as well as tidying up after themselves. If you are looking for windows/doors you won’t find a better company.

Louise came to the house and was so and professional, then Chris and Jim came, very tidy and efficient and friendly, that was last year, so pleased with the result. They came back yesterday and fitted a kitchen window and back door, they cleaned up as they went along. So pleased and would highly recommend them to everyone.

The company director assessed our job and kept in touch with us throughout. Her team were efficient friendly and very knowledgeable. The product looks and is exactly what we wanted and we are thrilled with the outcome. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Excellent workmanship. Two very polite and capable fitters in Chris and Jim. Windows and doors are excellent and far better than the old Anglian ones they replaced. Their admin staff (louise) was also very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.
