Over-promise, under-deliver on shipping. I haven't yet been able to use the clothing ordered. It's been 12 days since order and no delivery has been established. Order tracking shows China shipping point, using China freight. In summary, NOT a fast delivery...if you need something timely, I would not recommend Stonewall. In a world that now has same-day delivery in the U.S., this is not a acceptable. Beware.

Horrible customer service. What I bought
didn’t fit. It will cost me $75 to return to the Netherlands!!!!

Bought the Vanguard series (Waterproof/fleece lined) jacket and pants. My intent was to use them for hunting. They are awful! The material is very noisy. It may be waterproof, but the material doesn't breath. You sweat like crazy while wearing them. Any positive review posted has to be from the manufacturer.

Stay away from Stonewall. BIG SCAM. I ordered a 2XL Jacket, L pants set. Received a XS Jacket and XL pants. Then they wanted me to pay more $$ to get the correct size. If you want to return items, you have to send it to the NETHERLANDS. or THEY OFFER you a 50/50 split on purchase price. Don't waste your time or money.

This is a BS Chinese scam. They claim to be veteran owned and based in Wyoming but the internet says otherwise. Fraudulent, dishonest, and downright despicable. After my order was placed, I eventually received an email with tracking. Upon clicking that link it shows my order will ship from China and a drop ship facility known for drop shipping international orders in Mira Loma, CA was awaiting the item with a shipping label. I immediately contacted customer service very frustrated. They flat out lied and said they do not ship anything from China asked how I knew it was coming from China so I sent them screenshots. After that they told me the tracking info I received was incorrect and then provided me with a different tracking number that can only be used via USPS which hides the fact that it’s coming from China. My mother works and has worked for USPS for over 20 years. I have requested for cancellation before this item actually leaves China because guess what, they expect you to pay for return shipping. I’ve contacted my card provider who has instructed me to give this BS company 10 days to process my cancellation and refund. Absolutely ridiculous. And guess what, Eric Black is the “customer service rep”. Generic fake name.

We haven't received the order yet so this is just a review or Eric our customer service rep....Who was amazingly easy to work with! We were unable to access the email used for the order but Eric was able to quickly and easily-atleast easy on my end- get tracking info to me.

Customer service seems to suck. I waited for weeks and weeks when I finally arrive. It’s way too small. Does not run true size at all very dissatisfied. Personally, damn sure won’t do it any more business with them

Ordered jacket and pants. Lost in shipping supposedly. Contacted them and said they would send another one. Web site is nice and has pictures and design that would leave you believing you are dealing with a reputable company, especially since they claim to be usa based. They are not. Product came from China. It was void of any labels except for the size tag that said 3x. I normally wear a xl so I ordered a 2x based on size feedback. Not a big deal except it was, at best, a medium to large size. I can't wear it. Material quality was ok but sewing was poor. Threads hanging off everywhere. Pants pockets are very shallow. Nothing about this is OK and exchange or return is not possible without a nightmare of logistics and cost to get it back to somewhere in the world, location unknown. Two stars only because they replaced the lost one. Since everything else is misleading and dishonest, my guess is the lost item story was an attempt to buy a good review. Homey dont play dat.

Products were shipped out of China, once ordered, to US Customer.

Return address, for refunds, is: ST Partner, Beukenhof 10, 4462EN GOES, The Netherlands. Plan for expensive return shipping costs, on the customer, restocking fees, surcharges, and long delays.

Sizes are European. Important consideration. Customers will need to order a size up (stated on website).

Expect narrow/tapper legs compared to similar US-sized tactical or hunting products.
Jacket(s), sized up S --> M or M --> L, allow enough room for thin undershirt or mid-weight layer.

1-star given due to misleading company profile, misleading FAQ page, and non-existent US return options (return shipping to EU) at customer expense.

I ordered one size to small and asked to return and they saved me by not having to return anything and sent me a size up for shipping cost that was all. So I have 2 outfits now for the price of one and they are extremely warm and light. Their customer service was top notch. They are very reactive and seem to aim making the customer happy. Plus everything seemed to be made well.

Customer Service, Eric, was excellent. Coat just did not fit (fit another family member) and did not have the correct features I had ordered. Gave me the standard 35% and some store credit. So I will purchase again

Would not order from here again. Ordered a size large, which is my normal size in everything hunting gear. This fits more like a medium. Jacket too snug. However the pants were too large and require a belt. I am a 32 inch waist and these fit like a 34 inch waist. The camo print has more “pink hues”, not to my liking. The return process involves choices, one of which you can pay $34 to have a new size sent.Doesn’t make sense. Will not order here again.

Do not do business with this company. They tried to bully in you to taking a 35% refund on a $300 order. They’re crooked. Save your money. Save yourself the hassle.

The clothing is too small. There is no satisfaction guarantee. No matter what, you are charged for the mistake of ordering from them. Based on the prices, I would've expected a much higher quality garment.

I mistakenly ordered an XL jacket and found it to be a bit too confining when worn over a base layer. I contacted Stonewall, they are sending me an XXL for just the cost of shipping and I can keep the original. The customer service team and policies are top notch. The gear is very warm, and with the proper fitting jacket the set is very comfortable, and VERY well made. I'll donate the XL to the needy as Chicago winters get a bit cool.

Size was a bit small but the problem was resolved quickly and professionally

Excellent communication and a super quality product. An amazing company to do business with and Will purchase more products when I need to Eugene . Eric was extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty over the Christmas holiday period to communicate with me and I really appreciate his willingness to get me sorted with the correct sizes

When our package finally arrive, it took quite a while because of the holidays, it wasn’t what we expected due to the new coloring of the camo my husband picked. I email customer support about the shipping issue and Eric emailed me back in about an hour. I had to email him back once we got the package due to the fact that my husband couldn’t wear the gear due to it being too small, even though we bought 1 size larger than his normal size. Eric emailed me back and was very informative about the color change and how the gear should fit. I was very impressed with the way this situation was handled and the very transparency that we were given and options to help rectify the situation. I would give Eric 100 stars if I could! Best experience with customer service representative I have had.

This purchase started out rough because one of the zipper pulls broke off as we were undoing the jacket for the first time out of the package. With the zipper pull broken completely off we couldn't even zip the jacket! So I sent a message to the company and, I must say, the customer service has been outstanding! They immediately apologized for both the issue and the inconvenience and are sending a replacement for completely free. I am concerned about the zipper on the replacement but hopefully the one that broke was a fluke. The jacket does seem really nice otherwise so I'm certainly willing to give it a shot! And knowing how excellent the customer service is makes me feel a lot more confident!

Do not order from this website. It is a scam and will make you seem they are legit but give you a fake order number and constant email updates. But then use fake tracking numbers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

Updated…. 28Dec25. Ok it is not a scam website. I finally received my order FROM CHINA!!!! Had I known it was Chinese I wouldn’t have ordered it. Of course the sizing is off a large is more a medium and an X-Large is more a large. Poor quality in the stitching and zippers, already had to fix some of that. But I guess it is what it is. Not very impressive but at least it wasn’t a scam website. I apologize for that but I would not order from there again.
