I’ve had my storage unit with them for 3+ years. The staff, each and everyone of them, has been so brilliant and helpful. The prices are amazing compared to all of the big branded storage units and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. They have been amazing and my things have been so safe. I 100% suggest you using them if you’re in and around Birmingham!

Great service, staff all extremely helpful. First two months were strongly priced but unit cost doubled after month twos which was inline with all the other storage units around the area, so not really a deal but I needed the unit and had to pay it.

Been with them for three years now. Reasonably priced (though prices have increased recently), clean and easy to access. The big difference though is the staff. Brian, at the Cardiff branch, is always helpful, polite and nothing is too much for him. Very pleased so far.

Storage Works at Old Sarum run a very well organised business with seven day access. It is simple to arrange storage, easy to access lock-ups with very helpful staff. The site is clean, warm and dry, carpeted throughout with easy to use lifts and useful transport trolleys to hand. Competitive pricing. Highly recommended.

I’ve had a small unit at the Cardiff site for a couple of years. Brilliant facilities, modern & clean with good opening hours for access. What makes the biggest difference are the fantastic staff who are helpful, friendly and always courteous. 10/10 from me

Really simple to set up account. good induction, reasonable cost.

Fantastic. I have used other places in the past but now I wouldn't use any other storage facility.

Matt and Mark are both really friendly and very helpful. Why use a storage facility with a faceless bot when you can have real people on hand to help where they can?

There is of access everyday of the week. Plenty of parking and nice wide loading bay so you can always get your trolley to the units even if a van is unloading/loading.

Lovely people, very friendly and always happy to help. Super clean and modern facility. Easily accessible while also very secure. I needed to swap units a few times as volume of items in storage went up and down and it was always made simple to do. Will always use Storage Works when i need to store personal or professional items. A+++ all round.

An excellent place to store your house, business stock and other valuables. The storage facility is clean, dry, carpeted, secure and accessible.
The staff are simultaneously friendly and professional. The unit is easily access 7 days a week, communication is fantastic and the whole setup is modern and efficient.
The price is also very competitive and having tried another storage facility before, I can honestly say that Storage Works far exceeded my expectations. I have been using storage now for 2.5 years. If I ever needed to I would definitely use Storage Works again. My experience has been fantastic, I can highly recommend this facility.

Wow!! This is the 1st time I have used a storage facility but I am really impressed with this one. It’s immaculate, and the manager was on hand to show me round and also help. I would definitely recommend and would 100% use again. My lock up is hood enough to sleep in it’s perfect!!

Great Storage facility -- clean, secure units.
Easy process to set-up. Always had enough trucks/trolleys to use. No waiting for lifts either. Had to extend my rental period by a week or so, paid for the next month then got a pro-rata refund when i was finished with the unit. Would recommend to use and would use again if needed

I have used Storage Works in Salisbury several times over the years and each time the experience was great. The units are clean and dry, parking is a doddle, and the team are always friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using them again should the need arise.

What I liked best was the simplicity and clarity. The storage facility itself was modern and clean, and always available. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The billing was accurate and hassle free.. I paid by card, in person and also over the phone, although they offered a direct debit option, which I should have chosen but I didn’t think my house move would take as long as it did. But 1st Storage were quite flexible, and their initial ‘half price’ was very helpful too. I recommend them to anyone needing storage.

I have used this storage Company on a number of occasions since they set up operations at Old Sarum airfield in 2015. They have always been very helpful, price friendly and accommodating. Their site is clean, dry, warm and secure, with access when you need it. Simple systems in place to gain access and equipment on hand to move ones items in or out. An ideal method (and I have used a few around Salisbury) to store your items.
