I must say I was worried to put my stuff in storage even though I had no choice. But I feel I'm lucky to of found this office at acacia ridge the two friendly staff I have felt with so far have been amazing words can't express the help and understanding for what I'm going through right now. They have made me feel welcome helped and understood. Gave me the perfect space for my things . They really catered it to my needs . Being sml and having a ground level storage is perfect and not to bad on my back. I feel confident my belongs are safe and I can meet all the costs for my stuff. Thanks again storage king acacia ridge

I got ripped off from the management
I got ripped off from the management
Bought a locker from ibid but was a public holiday on Monday and couldn’t remove items on weekends.
I had a planned trip for a week, so when we finally removed items come to realize that the items inside doesn’t correspond to one person or a family but 4 different people.
I called one and was told that they had a lot items that wasn’t in there.
Upon confronting the manager he didn’t like it so we had some verbal disagreements and on top of that I paid $350 for spending more time going to the dump 5 times to be exact.
Everything in that locker was broken or damaged and wasn’t consistent of someone’s property that they would pay to have in storage.
I have bought over 50 lockers from different companies and this has become consistent of storage kings as I have called out 3 others.

Always clean & tidy, easy access to the storage upstairs, friendly staff, but it does get quite warm inside.

Between Houses
I moved my household items into Storage King. This is the second time I have done this although it was fifteen years between events. Storage King is local easy to access and has different size storage that suited me as I needed two storage areas. I used their truck to move in and that saved me a lot of money. Always good.

1) the stuff in storage came back very dusty even though things like lounge chairs were covered
2) the billing was a bit inscrutable - notionally you have an account on website but you can't login to see everything and make sense
3) staff are good and helpful
