I found Edward to be most helpful with the entire process of hiring a cage for some excess stock we needed to store. He is always helpful and obliging and it's been smooth sailing.

I was impressed with Storage King Burwood. They provided prompt response by telephone and email to my request for a storage unit and helped to guide me to the correct size of unit for my needs. The office staff were super friendly and helpful when I arrived.

All went well both the employees on duty were helpful and attentive to my queries.
The car lift was very handy so I could move what I stored very easily into my storage room.

Incredibly helpful staff. Process was easy with very competitive pricing. Only challenge is the space itself. At almost 3mtrs high, it’s very hard to make adequate use of it all.

Having booked storage by telephone three days prior to our arranged date, we arrived to find the unit we booked was not in fact available. Nor was any other unit that size. Every time the poor sales guy looked up a unit on the computer, he had to physically go to the unit to check it was in fact available. 4 units and 4 walks later we were able to secure a larger unit for the same price. Meanwhile, people were building up in the reception area waiting for service. The poor guy was trying to do 2 peoples job on his own - clearly understaffed. To cap it off, we then received an invoice for the second month, which in fact was supposed to be free. That got sorted with a phone call, but the while experience highlighted distinct flaws in the systems installed at Storage King and the poor staff their cop the brunt of it.

As the sale of my mother’s home came closer I felt overwhelmed with her ‘stuff’ that I wanted to sort through respectfully and quietly, in my own time. So many horror stories of adult children tossing the contents of their family estates into the tip.
So Storage King was the answer. It saved me so much anxiety and stress and pressure to empty the home.

Very quick and easy process when organising a storage unit.
Staff are great and the access of all facilities including forklift, pallet jack and elevator is fantastic..
Cannot fault Storage King Burwood..

The service I’ve received from all aspects of the sign-up process so far has been wonderful! I’ve only ever experienced friendly and helpful service which began from the over-the-phone enquiry, to the signing of my contract, to purchasing boxes and for all times that I’ve signed in! I’d definitely recommend Storage King Burwood.
