Great customer service and easy process. :)

The Ladies were Beyond Helpfull & instead of charging a whole month they worked with us and charged my Mum a week storage as there was an 8 day period between moving into her New Forever Home. Friendly, Kind & Caring Humans. Thank you💯❤️

So easy.
Sooooo much cheaper.
The whole process of entering & storing my belongings was so easy. The space is so safe due to the lock up method being tied to your app (no easily broken padlocks) the parking & lifts were in the shade & the lift is massive. The trolleys are smooth to use & the room/ space is the same temperature & all day, not in direct sunlight & has fans everywhere.
I had previously lost many belongings to mould in a facility close by & the process of emptying it was torture due to the intense heat on the iron roof.

Can't say enough positives about Jordan Stimpson and her crew. Professionalism at its best! Extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble and she bettered all the other places pricewise. The facilities are squeaky clean, have a variety of sizes have easy access and available 6am-10pm 7 days. Excellent security with cameras and digital access. They have good sized trolleys to use and to top it off there was even a courtesy van to use for the day if you need.

5 star treatment and service. The staff are incredibly understanding and helpful. Won't store anywhere else now. Incredibly clean and easy to access rooms. Security is on point between staff awareness, cameras and digital access, brilliant xx

Jordan and the team have been so helpful during my time storing between selling and buying. Helpful and always smiling. Would highly recommend if you are in the Southern GC and need storage solutions.

Although very friendly, the worker had nothing but issues with every step of the signup process both on my end and on hers with system crashes, and "having a slow day" from walking in the door to actually having a unit was 1 hour, than issues with not being located by gps when in a lift, I rented for 14 days, I'm glad to be out of there - and I will NEVER return to your chain of centres again

Great service, great staff, state of the art

We needed some temporary storage for some house items before moving. SK had a special on exactly the size storage we needed, it was a breeze to get organised ... and they had a free van that we could use to move the house items to storage.
Very convenient all round.

The girls so helpful and caring went that extra mile to help us.

What a great customer service! Lisa and Jordan were absolutely friendly and professional. The storage was perfect size what I needed. All facility was brand new, clean, modern system to enter & exit. Not expensive. Thank you Storage King Currumbin !!

Would have been 5 stars but the exit gate was out of order and backing out a trailer was a stinking nightmare. No compensation for the drama it caused ??? A weeks rent off or something ???
