Ange and Tim at Goulburn Storage King have been so helpful and understanding of my situation and the need for storage. They have gone above and beyond to secure and hold a unit for me to ensure I had one less thing to stress about! Ange didn't hesitate to stay back after work to met me and help me with my storage shed as I was running way behind schedule and hadn't collected my keys and code before closing time. After a long few days moving from another town and storing all my belongings in the storage shed, there was an unfortunate accident where I misjudged the distance to turn out the security gate at the facility and unfortunately got the truck stuck on the gate, damaging the truck but also ripping off the gate sensor which is worth a few thousand dollars!!! Ange knew that was devastating for me as I am a single mother and not working at the moment but her and her boss tried incredibly hard to keep the costs to repair the gate and sensor as low as they possibly could which was such a relief for me at such a financially stressful time. I would recommend Goulburn Storage King to all my family and friends as they have been super helpful and friendly throughout this whole ordeal.

The staff at Storage King Goulburn are fantastic and make you feel like family. They recommended a removalist who suggested I upgrade to a bigger unit and the staff were really accommodating in changing to suit my needs. Which in the end proved to be exactly what I required.
The service from Storage King and Pollards Removals are the best I have encountered.

Storage King Goulburn & manager Ange & Tim went out of their way to find us a suitable storage unit. A big shout out to Tim who came in on his day off so that I was able to sign off on paperwork as I live a distance away. Nothing was too much trouble and if ever I need storage again it’s Storage King Goulburn. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
