Storage King Australia - Heidelberg West レビュー 

Hello, I am writing this reveiw, because of the exellent conduct of the management and staff at Heidelberg West's Storage King, in Victoria, Mariah and Elisabeth are the people running the facility there, they have helped me, heaps, in my storage time there which is years, worth, of time, I am very happy with the way they conduct themselves in relation to running the place and their over the top careing and helpfull demeaner towards basically everyone , myself and all the other people I have seen them deal with on a daily basis, and I hope Storage King know how good their staff at West Heidelberg really are, good job, you gals, thank you. The whole process was very easy, from enquirying about a storage locker to going down to the facility and getting a hands-on tour of the place. The people that are there are very helpful and courteous. There are plenty of handling aids, such as trolleys and dollies to use which is a good idea. The facility seems very secure yet it is easy to access our locker. The only slight criticism I have is that it can be a little tricky for larger vehicles such as my ute as the parking bays tend to be a bit small, but at least it is under cover. The lifts are great once you get the hang of them.

The staff where excellent. They were so helpful and supportive. It was a stressful time and they helped me access my storage and explained the procedure.

Nice clean, very organised, very good service.

We are still using a unit at Storage King Heidelberg West, and we have no complaints what so ever, everything has been done perfectly, very professional, very tidy and clean areas, the person taking us through the whole time of storing the contents/furniture is very professional and helpful.
We would not hesitate to recommend Storage King, we surely would use them again.

This branch of Storage King is highly recommended. The facility is clean and easy to access. I would like to single out Mariah Curavic. She is knowledgable, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Great Service! Mariah was excellent

There is always someone in the office to help.The storage facility is very clean. You have an access code so you can come and go to your storage unit any time and its close to home. There are lifts and trollies you can use to make moving and storing easier. The price was good compared to some other quotes.
