Peter at Parramatta Storage King made the whole process easy and simple - exceptionally helpful.

I think the asking price is okay and fair. But the cleaning cost is just ridiculous. Why dont you just either add it to our initial quoting price or get rid of it. Its already cleaned anyhow before we want to put anything there :s
But other than those hidden ridic fees. All is good

Great advice on organising storage and positive staff engagement with Rose at Parramatta. Everything worked well!

Really helpful staff. They showed me different sized storage options, explained pricing and access. There are trolleys available at the dock to move stuff from the car. It is great. Really good setup.

We used a storage facility for the very first time and we were very impressed with the professional and prompt response to our initial inquiry. Rose got back to us and organised a swift visit to give us advice and an estimate about the space we would need for our household items in N. Parramatta. George came over and gave us a quote and also brought some complementary storage boxes. We inspected the storage premises and found it to be very clean and well maintained. Security gate and surveillance cameras throughout. The rates were acceptable to us and we are very happy with the service to date. They recommended a Removalist company too who helped us move the goods into the storage facility. Overall a fantastic experience!
